Wayne helped me out yesterday evening with getting into my vehicle after locking the keys in it. He was very friendly, professional, and had the car unlocked in under 5 minutes. Obviously every car is different, and he was very careful not to over-promise results when I spoke to him on the phone. But it was apparent to me that he knew exactly what he was doing, and had the tools to do it correctly without any damage to the car. Overall I was very impressed with the professionalism, efficiency, and customer service from this company. The price was very reasonable, as well!
