Needed them to open my small safe for me cuz I forgot the combination. They had it for a week and a half and never worked on it. I just ended up taking it home and drilling it out. Only reason they didn't get one star is cuz they didn't charge me anything because they didn't do anything.

I personally don't recommend this company at all. There was one time that I ordered the service, but then I cancelled the service in 10 minutes via a phone call. However, the company still charged me 100 dollars and said that as soon as the technician left their house, I need to pay full amount no matter what. So, basically this company is charging me 100 dollars for nothing. Of course, they do not have "cancelling" option whatsoever. I guess they think we as customers don't have many choices in terms of having locksmith service in upper valley, so they don't give their customer a right to cancel a service which no one even showed up for.I was going to have my lawyer handle this matter, but it would be another hassle to try to save 100 dollars. I argued with them and asked them to show me the term of service where the price and cancelling terms should be listed. After about 10 days, they gave me a one-page PDF file with few sentences on it indicating I should be paying no matter what. I highly doubted this file was even existed when I ordered the service, but I guess I cant verify that unless I go full legal procedure. In all, I am wasting my 100 dollars for a phone call. I think this story needs to be shared and I don't recommend this company to anyone.

Friendly, quick, and helpful people. I called ahead to see if they had the key blanks I needed. They answered every question clearly and quickly. When I arrived they truly gave me service with a smile, and I left feeling good that I had supported a local business. I thought their key copying service was very professional and reasonably priced.

I've been using Gatekeeper for more than 10 years for key duplication and lock smithing, and I have never had any trouble with the work they have done. They always seem to have the right blank for the odd keys I've needed duplicated. A couple of years ago they acquired some new tech that allows them to cut keys for a damaged key or without having the original key. Highly recommended.

Broke my key off in my ignition on my motorcycle, I took the ignition off the bike and dropped it off with Gatekeeper, they got the broken part out and was able to make me a new key. The new key fits all the other locks on the bike just like the original. Great work, and at a great price. Will definitely recommend them to anyone.
