Great company. I recently bought a liberty safe from them. I visited the store three times while I was trying to make up my mind since it is a large purchase. They were very helpful, patient, and informative in explaining the different models and the Pros and Cons of the different safes. They had a large selection in the showroom so I could see the different options. Their prices and delivery charges seem inline with their competitors. Delivery was very quick. I had the safe installed two days after buying it. The installers were professional and did a good job. They even sent me a thank you note after buying the safe. Great company.

Went to the Toyota dealership for a new key for my Toyota Scion. Quoted 350 dollars and a 2 hours of wait time. Called Dependable Auto and was quoted 160 dollars and said it would be fast and quick. Drove down and 10 minutes later I’m paid and walking out the door with my new key! Highly reccomend.

Locked my keys in my car at Nashua High School South on March 30, 2019. I called Dependable Locksmith at 4:11 pm. I left a voicemail explaining I needed a locksmith to help my son and I get back into my car. As of April 4th I have still not received a return phone call. My key for my car had broken off, they had the key for my car available and did it for a lower cost than if I had gone to the dealership. Staff was knowledgeable, and I was only there for about 10 minutes while they cut and programmed my key.

This place is fast right when I walked in they were helpful lost the only key and still they programmed a new one cheaper then most plus if you use you aaa card I had aaa plus they give you 100 bucks off sweet turned out to be $ 115.00 instead of $215.00 really friendly guy and the drove to my car 22 min away took about 1/2 hr to do all in all I highly recommend this company I really do they deserve more then five stars if you ask me and more then a few min of my time writing this review thanks for your customer service guys !!!! I locked myself out of my home when I took the trash out. No one else was home and I had just put a sheet tray of bacon in the oven. I had two small dogs in the house. I was afraid of a grease fire. I was in a panic and called for help because thankfully I had my phone in my pocket. He arrived in less than 20 minutes even though he said he’d be there within 30 minutes when I called. Door was open in under one minute after he arrived. I’m so thankful.

I broke my car key in half, and I struggled to find a place that could help. I called and they were informative and reassuring that they could help me. Hung up the phone and went to them. I walked in, he took a look at the key and then made two copies within 5 minutes. He told me to call if it doesn't work and he would come out to me. They were very quick, cheap, friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

Everything is great until you are getting cashed out, they charged my card twice which ended up causing me to get $100+ charges in overdraft fees because my balance wasnt very high. I went there to get $75 keys and now its cost about $250!

These guys are the best! I had an antique hope chest that was my husband's grandmothers. Somehow, it got locked and it trying to open it, my husband snapped the key off in the lock. I brought it to these guys and with great patience and skill, they worked on it for quite awhile and finally got it open with no damage to the chest! They were so nice and it only cost me $25! I would definitely use them again!

I can't image a more customer friendly business providing great service. Was visiting in Londonderry last week, when i realized it was only a matter of time until my grandson locked Momma out of their new house. The interior garage/mudroom door didn't have a key. Called several locksmiths in the area and they were either mobile only, on vacation, or simply not answering the phone. Called Dependable Lock and was assured they could make a key to fit the lock. I removed the doorknob with the lock, and drove down to Dependable, who immediately took the lock and started to work on it. After five minutes, I was asked if I'd like the lock made to accept the regular house key. 15 minutes later I was driving back with a door lock keyed to match other doors. (and a spare key). Worth the 20 minute drive.. I'd do it again if need be.

Great service with kind and accommodating staff. Went there to buy a gun safe and was ready to walk out with the electronic lock that it came with but they were willing to swap to an analog log for free. After that they went above and beyond to help me set up financing when they didn't need to because I already payed in full. Definitely recommend and will absolutely return in the future

Over this past winter I broke a key off in one of my motorcycle's bags while in Nashua on a Saturday, Dependable happened to be the closest place open so I rode over and got a new one cut. Today I went back, 20 minutes further from me than the closest lock shop because I'd lost the keys to another one of my bikes. I'd gotten a couple quotes from other places in Manchester. Dependable was less than half the price of what I was quoted, and that's including the 3 duplicate keys I had made. Awesome place, awesome staff, I'll never go anywhere else.

I am happy with the sale, but had a very odd experience. I purchased a ~800lbs safe, and drove down to pick it up. The store owner seemed like a good guy but kept on throwing snide comments at me. During having a problem loading the safe, he blurted "we're safe dealers, not movers." ...so, you can sell the product, but not move it 20 ft to a truck. The question I would have liked to ask is "After 28 years of business, have you every sold one of these?" Why did it feel like I was his first customer? At one point in our conversation, after spending thousands of dollars, he mentioned something about parts being inside the safe. I assumed the parts were the electrical outlet parts and internal lighting. Right before departing, I noticed the safe's handle wasn't installed, so I asked him about it. He then stared me directly in my eyes for a very long and 'uncomfortable feeling' 5 seconds, then said slowly and sternly "As I told you earlier, the parts are in the safe". Well excuse the h*ll out of me. I would not recommend avoiding this business, just be prepared for a lack of people skills and customer appreciation. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and seemed trustworthy. I recommend giving this guy a chance.
