I had the experience of having the owner, Justin, come out to service my car today! He went above and beyond. Last minute on a Sunday morning he met me to cut, and program a car key for a Volkswagen Golf 2000. Which if you know Volkswagen, they can be an inconvenience to say the least. He was able to decode my key code manually, which many locksmiths are unable to do. He did all of this within an hour. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company over any company within NH. We had digital deadbolts installed and they were working well when Justin left but after about a week things got "funky" - one of the locks wouldn't lock and one of the locks lost it's codes (ok, so maybe that might have been user error). We called Justin and asked him to come back, which he did that same day. He found the problem with the one door right away (the insulation strip at the bottom of the door causing the door not to shut properly) but had to come back the second day to fix the other issue. With 24 hours the issues were resolved and things have been working perfectly since. We highly recommend them!

Justin installed two electronic locks in our front doors. He took time to explain what he was doing, and asked us if we would like to have all locks keyed alike, the two new locks and two locks already in the doors, explaining what he would need to do and how much it would cost. I called 3 locksmiths regarding problems I was having with some door locks: specifically, panic bars and locks not operating correctly. Justin was the only one who called me back. Justin came over and looked at them and felt that, based on experience, that the panic bars were not lubricated correctly and probably never had been from the factory. For 12 years now we have been having issues with these doors. We set up a time for Justin to come by and do some maintenance on the door locks and the improvement was immediate.
