He was willing to come to my apartment any time, I made an appointment but then called and said he could come now. He came very quickly. I needed two fobs programmed. I asked for an extra spare key to be made but it was too expensive. At the end he threw it in for free, going above and beyond to keep me happy. Would highly recommend Shai.

I went on vacation to Vegas and lost my key to my BMW 2008. I called True Locksmith and they came out right away. Hands up they are very good in what they do. We have a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee & needed two remote key fobs programmed when both my originals finally died. It wasn't a rush job but Shai came out within 20 minutes to Summerlin area & less than 20 minutes later he gave me two like new identical replacements that had all the functionality of my original manufacturer keys to test myself. They work great. Recommended.

For about the past 2 years I've been trying to find someone that was reasonable that could do a fob key for my car. Today I was searching and came across True Locksmith and less than 20 minutes after contact Shai was working on a new key, and less than 30 minutes I had my new key working great. I called True Locksmith last Monday, August 27th, 2018. I had locked my keys in my car while at EOS Fitness in Henderson. I contacted approximately 7 other locksmith companies prior to calling True Locksmith. I was surprised by how rudely I was treated and by how high the prices were. It was really refreshing to call True Locksmith because I was greeted in a polite manner and was told a technician would call me in just a few moments. I wasn't expecting a call too quickly because I had already been promised a similar response by a few other companies that I had called prior to getting a hold of True Locksmith. I was really surprised when a gentleman called me back in literally about 2 minutes. He told me he was 5 minutes away. I agreed to service and he arrived about 30 seconds later. The technician's name is Ben and he is absolutely wonderful. He was so kind, polite and expedient. It was his service that gave me the ability to rate this company with 5 stars. Hopefully, I will never need to call True Locksmith again, but I can guarantee that I will remember the company and will recommend them to anyone that I can. well we called get locksmith and this guy showed up with true locksmith van we got quoted over the phone for are car key $15 service and $95 for the key we talked to a guy and we told him the model and year of the car then true locksmith came out and the price went up to $285 because we had a chip in are Honda well the guy over the phone told us its $110 total and we had no choice but to pay the price never use those guys never scam scam 100%

I had my Lincoln MKT stolen this past Sunday. It was found last night at a casino. First thing in the morning I was there calling seemingly every single locksmith I could find that was open on a Saturday. The dealership was not very helpful either. They could fix it Monday, I would have to bring it to them, and it would cost $800. Dejected I had the car towed to my house to make it safer. I bought the car used I had no second key fob. After arriving home with the car I decided try one more locksmith. The only locksmith true locksmith is who I called. They said they can fix it no problem, come to me, and be there within 2 hours. Shai was there in one hour, he had a factory fresh fob, and he was all done in about 30 minutes. If you need 2 see a locksmith Shai(shy) is your guy. He was super courteous, professional, and reasonable. Service to me, on a Saturday, factory fob, and fast results. Oh yeah and half the price!!! Just awesome
