Was over charged for services, called the office to confirm. They confirmed that I had been overcharged. I've been waiting 4 days for an electronic response, no answer. I called back today and was yelled at by an irate technician about how I was wrong. Still trying to find a way to contact someone other than the angry technician now. DO NOT USE KING KEY LOCKSMITH .

It is very stressful to have a FOB stolen - while the dealer reprogramed the FOB - they wanted to charge alot of money to change out the manual key located in the FOB (in case the battery doesn't work). King Key understood that I needed the actual lock changed - not a replacement key. The amount quoted was the amount he charged (actually giving me a break). He is friendly and kind and a professional. While I don't want anyone in this situation - I recommend him highly.

The only reason to use them is because they are open Sundays. They wouldn't tell me how much it would cost in advance nor that I would need cash. If I wasn't stranded with my two young children all by myself I would have shopped around. The "technician" showed up in a private car, and was very rude and brusque to speak with. Will not use again. Also charged ridiculous amount.

Couldn’t be happier! after another company tried to pull some BS and swap prices around right before they came and actually did the work to have a new key for my motorcycle made, and so many other companies gave me very high quotes, I almost didn’t believe the price he quoted me at. Kept me very informed with how long it would take him to arrive, and when he did the service was fast and excellent and no hidden fees. I can not recommend him enough.

BEWARE.. This company is operating as several business .. You call one company called King Key and they were very rude, gave me a very high price of $250 to change 4 locks 2 doors. Then I hang up with them and call City Locksmith- I spoke to a Joey he said he was King Key, while speaking to him I get a call from a mike, he said he is with Reliable Lock Smith, Here is all I know, when it comes to the safety of my home I do NOT recommend going with a company that goes by several names and doesn't know one from the next. Are they insured? He LIED and said he was another company, If you call them you may come home to an empty house. They may be robbers in disguise

One star rating is to high for this horrible company. We locked our keys and money in our car in the Linq hotel and casino parking garage. We were quoted an arrival time of 15 minutes or less. It took the guy nearly 2 hours and numerous phone calls to get to our location because he didn’t know where the Linq was. He then vastly overcharged us for barely doing anything to help after arriving well after the quoted time with no explanation or apology of any kind. If you’re in a bind avoid these people at all cost. There has to be a better company that actually knows what they are doing.

Recently bought a truck and only had the key with a chip in it. Called dealerships about getting 2 keys with built in fobs (purchased on Amazon) and the prices they gave me were outrageous. Called this locksmith and not only did he cut and program 2 keys for me at 1/3 of what dealerships were asking, he was done in less than 15 minutes. Very friendly as well. Highly recommended and they will get more of my business and friends as well.

The guy that fixed my door almost broke it. Do not listen to their quote over the phone. It cost me $100+ over what they quoted me. The guy didn't know how to put on the lock, he tried to tell me that my door wasn't aligned right, so I told him to take off his lock and the door shut perfectly. He's a lock smith that didn't even know how to put on a lock correctly. Then he didn't know what to do when I told him it's his lock that doesn't fit. He was not friendly at all. Very bad expirence, I will not being using their services again. I would look for other companies before going with these guys.

Was quoted one price over the phone, guy shows up over an hour late and asks for more than double the quoted price. Would not recommend. Edit: They have tried to offer me money for changing my review with no intention of actually refunding me the 100 extra dollars their "locksmith" tried to gouge me for after getting there. Guy told me he'd have to charge me extra because my lock was "special". These guys are pretty scummy I would pick literally any other locksmith before choosing these guys

We did not have a good experience. I called when my car locked with it running. I was told he would be 30 minutes and it was about an hour and a half before he arrived. When he got there he was very rude. At the transaction he requested that we pay with cash. Of course he didn't mention that he was cash only with the initial call. That would have been nice to know. I would not recommend using King Key Locksmith.

I was on a trip to Las Vegas, rented a car and forgot somewhere car keys, I contacted some companies to check the prices from the four companies, only two of them said they could do me a key, one-asked double the price and told me he could reach between one hour and a half, the King keys Locksmith told me that he can get to in half an hour and the price was cheaper than others, the guys name Joey from King Keys Locksmith. He was quick and professional and did a clean job, sociable guy strongly recommend it to all who pledged the opening of the vehicle, is the right person to do the job for you.
