I definitely recommend this company. The first thing I like to see is when a business answers you immediately which they answered after the first ring tone. It was so nice to have my service scheduled in less then 2 minutes. I got locked out of my car and he told me it would take 20 minutes and the technician made it within 14 minutes. And not to mention how nice he was and charged me a good price that I was confident about paying. I probably won't get locked out of my car again, but say I would need a locksmith once again which I probably will, I will definitely use this company again.

Ultra fast service. Extremely polite locksmith attended my flat and replaced the faulty lock and at a very reasonable price. I will have no hesitation in using this company again as the service I experienced was brilliant.

Going out to dinner for my wife's birthday, we headed out and closed the door behind us, forgetting it was already locked. We looked for a company while at dinner and I messaged the owner. He put us in touch with Jon. From there we were able to coordinate our times coming home and Jon pulled up as soon as I parked. He was very respectful, quick to open the door and in 5 minutes had a new lock installed on the door. Great company, great service, and Jon is a great technician. Be confident when choosing this City Locksmith Las Vegas, they simply are the best!

I don't think it's a fair price at all. So, when the guy went to the house to try to open our locked door. He said that he will try to pick it but if it won't open by pick he will drill it and will charge $145.. after he tried to open it with a pick he then said that it won't work and will proceed to drilling. If only I knew than an easy drilling can open the doorknob for less than a minute I should have done it. And he said if are we be able to change the doorknob or he can just replaced it with a re-key for $80? And so I asked after if how much in total and he then said $280. And I was like? That's kind off expensive. So he showed me the computation. And decided he will not charge me with the service fee of $54(because it's a weekend?). So I ended saying yes to changing the doorknob and thinking he would give me an extra key(as what I've understand)... ended paying $244 for a total service.

Recently bought a truck and only had the key with a chip in it. Called dealerships about getting 2 keys with built in fobs (purchased on Amazon) and the prices they gave me were outrageous. Called this locksmith and not only did he cut and program 2 keys for me at 1/3 of what dealerships were asking, he was done in less than 15 minutes. Very friendly as well. Highly recommended and they will get more of my business and friends as well.

THIS IS FAKE GOOGLE BUSINESS LISTING OF "KING KEY LOCKSMITH" If you're looking for an honest locksmith that truly wants to help, this is not the company to choose. I was in NV for business and locked the keys to my rental in the car, they said they would help me & quoted a price on the phone but when they showed up they wanted to charge me more than double! I had no choice but to pay because I waited for them to get there & was out of time & couldn't call another company. Just beware of this scamming company!

Excellent locksmith customer service. Some places are a little cheaper but this was completely worth it. Arrived within 18 min of me calling and was able to replace my lock and give me 2 keys . Would definitely recommend for locksmith services in Las Vegas!

Too over priced charged my dad $110. Honestly scammed us in my opinion. The lady on the phone said it would be $65 especially since the guy was close in the area. It only took him about 10 mins to get to us. I know most locksmiths charge on distant but he wasnt far at all since he got to us pretty quickly. I asked the guy how far he came & didn't answer me. I locked my keys in my car before and it only cost $65 from a different locksmith. I was on north side of town at the time and the lock Smith came from downtown. I wish i remembered what locksmith that was. EVERYONE JUST FIND A MORE REASONABLE PRICE FOR YOUR MISTAKE.

Horrible! This guy came out to my house (1. 5 hours late) couldnt do the job, never showed us his license nothing! The guy stated he needed to charge a 20$ service fee, took my husbands card number and all information wrote it in his phone and left with an unfinished job and my husbands infromation.

I can't even find the right words to say how thankful and appreciative I am of the kind man David who helped me open home door...I was in 106 degree weather and I thought my door was swollen from the heat...so I called City Locksmith mind u I had no money just paid rent... David was kind enough to show me on the phone how to get my doorknob to budge..with no cost...it open! I do not recommend this service. They are over priced. There are many hidden fees and charges so please make sure you know what to expect before they start the work. They wanted to charge $460 to rekey 6 locks. I can understand extra charges if it is for special locks, emergency service. But we have original keys to the doors, called two days ahead to make appointment, and they are just regular residential locks. The tech worked on the doors for about 1 hour. I don't know how much is involved in rekeying a lock, but $460/hrs seems to be excessive. FGS, he is not a neurosurgeon, there are plenty of locksmith technicians out there who will charge a much fairer price. David, the guy who I talked to said that it could cost $1000 depending on the work. Well, that maybe true if he is trying to fix a bank vault, but a simple rekeying of a rental house? Hmmm... Something is off. We finally settled on $200 for the service. To me, it is still over priced. To David, he might have thought that he gave me a deal of the century.

It was ok, but when the guy showed up, he said, "how much did you pay last time you had this done?" Then said $100, which is outrageous for a five minute service. I actually haggled him down to $80. He did get the door open, but it was weird. Next time I'll call popalock. They do it for $65.

I had to get a locksmith the other day due to locking myself out of the house with my car keys, and house keys inside. I went online, and found City Locksmith Las Vegas. The guy that answered my call was incredibly helpful and within 25 minutes I had my house door unlocked, and my day back to normal. I really appreciate everyone that helped me out, and highly recommend them to anyone in need of similar assistance.

Called and was told $45 to re-key commercial lock with a $19 service fee. Agreed and was told he'd be here in 30 minutes. A few minutes later the driver called and confirmed the address, and said he would be here in 15 minutes. Several calls and an hour and a half later he showed up. Told me it would be $120 to re-key, I told him about the previous quote and he said they charge more for businesses (which I told the guy I called originally and he confirmed commercial is $45). I told him nevermind, and he lowered it to $80. Still wasn't happy that they jacked the price at the last minute, but I had to close the office for lunch and needed to get it done so we could leave. Not a very professional way to do business.

Scheduled an appointment, didn't hear anything when the time came. Called him after he was supposed to be here. Dude told me he overslept. Really great for business. Reschedules for later on in the day. I call to check to see if he was actually coming because I didn't believe him and he says he'll be here at 5. It's now 9, didn't show up, no call, no nothing. Find someone else. Do not use this "company".
