This place is amazing. Walked in, both tellers were busy or on the phone, and I still walked out with 3 copies in about 95 seconds. Many cool options to choose as well. There is a drive up window, but I did not use it.

Was having to spend about 10 mins to get my key working on my car. Thought I would need to replace the ignition on my car, Brought it to Andy's and they told me it was probably just my key, About 5 mins later they had made me what they call a factory cut key and it worked perfect. Didn't cost anything near what I thought I would have to pay. I had called around a few places that told me it would be over a $100 for a new ignition. These guys charged me only $10.00 Glad the guys here are looking out for us instead of just trying to make a buck. Made a lifetime customer. Thanks!

Andy's lock and key has been a staple for me for years. I learned the hard way not to buy keys from the big hardware stores in town-there is generally a 50/50 change the keys won't work :/ I have never had any issues with a purchase from Andy's and their customer service is top notch. They will also tell you super handy information like-Did you know you aren't supposed to use the master key that comes with a new lock? That way if you need a new key you have an original un-worn key to use for a copy. Totally makes sense, right? Why aren't there PSAs about this kind of thing? They are in a weird yet oddly convenient location. Support local business AND get a key that works the first time.

I have a Nissan Altima which needed the spare key Fob (remote) from my old Altima programmed to my new car. I called 2 other Locksmith's and they said it can't be done or needed special tools .... and offered to sell me a new Fob. I called Andy's Lock & Key and they said they should be able to program the fob to the new car ... and I was skeptical because this shop is a tiny little building, and I think “How can this tiny shop and these guys reprogram the fob when other locksmiths said it can’t be done ???, do they have the right tools and tech equipment??” I was also worried they might screw up the good Fob. Anyways, I think to myself "what can I lose??" So I go out there and show them the fobs (old and new). Conner takes on the job and he makes a couple of calls and confirms that the old fob is programmable to my latest Altima. He spends a lot of time programming the new fob, but it doesn’t work exactly right … he makes more calls, rechecks the id's on the fobs, makes more adjustments, more back and forth … and finally gets it to Work!! The problem with all the back and forth? It was because the battery was dead on the old fob !! He did a Great job of taking care of me and being honest !! ... saved me from having to buy a new key Fob (push button remote) … Thank you VERY MUCH !! kats

Worst customer service ever. Didn't get what I ordered. Employee yelled at me and used so much profanity,honestly was scared he was going to jump out the van at me. Ladies please don't use this locksmith while you are home alone. Or any other time if you want the job done right. Know one should ever get treated the way I did,when we the "customers" are the ones that put food on your tables.

Nate. Tall guy with the Macklemore/Ponytail hair. A textbook example of 5 star customer service. He politely and quickly fixed my problem, while educating me about it, and then took the extra step of lubricating/cleaning the tumbler to prevent it from happening in the future. I tipped him because I'm sure that's a job where people don't tip/treat you very nicely. He definitely knows what it means to put the customer first, and build a reputation. I will take all of my key and lock business here because of this experience, as well as recommend Andy's as much as I can. I very rarely write a 5 star review, but it is definitely deserved in this case. Nate deserves a raise!

So I called these people to unlocked my car, based on the reviews and based on the fact my wife was stranded at a gas station after someone took our keys. All they ask me was whether I was the registered owner which I am, and to have the registration with me which she had. The "so called professional showed up, unlocked the vehicle and told my wife that since she was not on the registration, he was not going to help her out and to call someone else. These people are a joke, dont take a chance with them. I then called them back to see what had happened and they were just making excuses for the guy. If you dont like your job, quit, but dont treat people so unprofessional. if they had less then one star, I would give them less than one.
