I went to ABC and had Joel cut my blank Honda shell that I bought on ebay. Joel was fast, courteous, and most importantly honest. Another locksmith wanted to charge $45 more to do what ABC did,,, and the other locksmith tried to lie and convince me that my ebay shell was poor quality saying "it might not work,, and that I should buy their blank" and that "it needs a laser cut,,,,basically tried to charge me even more,, I won't say their names but let's just say it rhymes with mean valley. Thanks ABC for being honest and not trying to gouge a poor man's wallet. My newly cut 2007 Honda key shell fit perfect and works great, no problems. I fully recommend you go see ABC if you need a locksmith.

Arrived here at 4:50 to simply have a key copied. Was welcomed with a "We're closed", nothing else. I responded with but your door is still open?" After no further acknowledgement I walked out and happened to see their store hours which showed they close at 5pm. I walked back in and stated that it was only 4:50. The employee told me it wasn't in fact 4:50 (implying it was 5 already) then noticed my keys in hand and told me if I was only doing a key copied he'd help me. I turned around and walked out. Never going here again

We then asked to change our locks to ones that could not be broken into so ABC Locksmith installed high-security deadbolts. Now I feel much better and safer at home. My worth experience, Do NOT use this company. This company gets endless negative stars for their vagueness. THEY WILL TRICK YOU. I called to get my HONDA ACCORD 2004 unlocked. On the phone, they say service fee is one price. Then when the locksmith on site he said $89 and up depending how longs it takes him. I was charged $275 lock fee. Making it a total of $186 to open my car. It took him less than 10 minutes to open. I asked him A simple question "Why do you charge me so much on a HONDA Accord, the most basic car?" his response "2 doors are more expensive than 4 doors" I said "your company should warn people, and should let them know the price variations" his response "most people don't ask for a price in an emergency like this". Be aware from this company !!!

The door to the main entrance door to our office did not close properly so I called ABC locksmith, although I wasn’t sure if a locksmth can fix the door. When James the technician showed up, he was able to make an adjustment to the lock and therefore allow the door to close properly. I was pleasantly surprised that ABC Lock company could handle this issue, I guess ABC locksmith knows what they’re doing. Next time I need a locksmith company I will for sure continue using ABC locksmith for any work that is needed.

These guys really deserve 5 stars. I recently brought a vehicle key to be copied and they said they didn't have an exact match, but had something close. Said they weren't sure it would work, so didn't charge me. Sweet deal. By the way it worked perfect! We've had office and vehicle keys cut here for the more than 10 years we've been in business and actually longer as my business partner and I worked for a management company that used them. Always find them to be pleasant and helpful. When they see us often, they even throw us a bone and don't charge us for a key copy. Sure it's only a couple bucks, but makes a big difference in our perception of them. Thanks guys!

Had my 6 doors rekeyed and change 3 locks almost 4 month ago and the entire mechanism of 2 new locks i change broke out. The metal lock they use is really soft and wears down quickly. I called to see if there was any fee they could waive to come back out, and she said no. I asked if they have any warranty on quality of product and she said only 90 days. That's how long junk will last. Save your money and go somewhere else!!!!!!

I would have been ok with that but being a Sunday and I have 9pm plans plus the lady in the back ground over the phone talking had a attitude problem and spoke like I owed her something... Dont bother with this company, they wont show up and if they do, god forbid you have a problem they will probably tell you to take a hike.

I called to get house rekeyed. Technician was FABULOUS! Professional, neat, respectful. But... TWO men showed up, the first guy was trying to up-sell me to a tune of over $900! I understand the business side of that, but people who are calling are generally vulnerable after kicking out a roommate/spouse or a break in. So a standard house with front, back and garage entry was $250. Wish I would have gone to another place, but I needed it done and I was already on the hook for the trip charge, so you're paying them to come out and high pressure you!

I use them for new keys too, they can pretty much make any key you need. Plus they are legitimate and licensed unlike many others in this trade.

It is almost hard to understand how some Locksmiths are as legitimate as they come such as ABC Locksmiths, who happen to not only have mobile services but also a walk in location on Sunst Rd. Before calling ABC Lock company I went on google and looked for a 24 hour emergency locksmith and when contacting this company on the phone their prices were way lower than even seemed possible so I set up s meeting and when their locksmith showed up in some unmarked vehicle, he immediately tried to increase the prices quoted on the phone so I asked him to leave and went back on Google and looked for a company that had great reviews and found ABC Locksmiths. Jazmin the dispatcher picked up the phone. She was very pleasant but also very knowledgeable and when Ryan the locksmith showed up his prices were the exact ones that were told on the phone. What a relief to use ABC Locksmiths. Everyone needs to use them!!
