This morning my 8 year old locked my 3 year old in my bedroom. We don’t have a skeleton key for that room and I didn’t know who to call . I called Mattice lock and safe the technician was there in min and saved the day ! He even left me a tiny screwdriver to unlock it from the outside if God forbid this ever happens again . That being said they are definitely in my speed dial now , thank you !!!

I've been to Mattice twice in the last two months. Fortunately or unfortunately, I didn't know they existed until recently. But my experience in such a short time will leave them top of mind and always a first referral. I was looking for a padlock for a custom wooden box. The box was already made so trying to fit a padlock was like rocket science. The dimensions manufactures give are hard to estimate. After buying a couple online hoping for the best, I found Mattice. My husband knew of them. Not only did they find me a padlock and key that worked, they found me a high end looking lock and key that enhanced the look of this custom box. I was hopeless when I walked into the shop. They went above and beyond and helped me efficiently and effectively. (Through email, phone and text!!) Fast forward 6 weeks later. I lost my car keys. Within hours, Mattice had me a new one made. Saved the day again. I would recommend them to anyone! So grateful I know they exist and can help me in a pinch anytime!!

Let me tell you. I am not one for reviews but I felt this place was definitely worthy of the few minutes it will take me to type this. So, Saturday I lost my son's door key to his car and he was bound to leave for college Monday. Well newsflash although we had the key for the ignition, what good is the safety of a vehicle if you can't lock the doors. Fast forward, called Mattice Lock and Safe and got the pleasure of speaking to a man by the name of Ben (heaven sent) he could tell my stress level was way up there as he broke down the pricing for me with either them coming out which there was no need to because the car was driveable just not lockable. So he told me about coming in the Monday which I was more than willing to do, my son just would have had to miss class. Now this is the kicker. With all of my stress and worrying about my son getting back to school late or driving a 5 hour drive alone in the dark because I had to work, this blessing from above in the form of man by the name of Ben told me to come meet him on Sunday at 11 because he had additional work he needed to do and he would be there and he would not charge me the extra fee for after hour service which saved me over $100 Best customer service hands down and he even fixed my son's trunk key free of charge. I am now a customer for life. You would be crazy to choose any one other than Mattice Lock and Safe

I'm a teacher and I was in the parking lot at my school, locked out and attempting to get into my locked car when a Mattice Lock & Safe van pulled up and the driver offered to help. He had seen I was trying to get into the car while he was driving past the school. He asked if I was a teacher and offered to do it for free! Within 2 minutes he had gotten me in. Thank you so much!

What professionals! Ron came to my house today, during an ice storm, because I had someone who worked for me not return a key after I fired him. I was feeling unsafe.
