At closing time for my business on a Friday the lock on our door broke and was unable to be locked for the weekend. Mr Dobesh arrived quickly. He was super nice and was able to come up with a temporary solution to get the doors locked until the part that broke would be delivered. He knew exactly what to do and what was needed to solve my dilemma. Great service!

Had an emergency involving my key getting broke in my apartment door so I called the emergency 24hr line and they proceeded to tell me they didn’t have anyone to come help us and then argued with me about it. This is unacceptable for a 24hr emergency service, especially since someone answered the line. I would be less upset if someone didn’t answer. Do not recommend for emergencies in any situation, they refused to help us and now we’re locked out of our house for the night and both have to work in the morning.

I'm from Kearney, NE visiting family in Grand Island. We went to a restaurant and I lost my keys. The gentleman came out after hours and unlocked my car quickly so I could get my purse and phone and we're in the process of replacing the keys. Awesome service, very kind and professional!!

after i got my replacement key from dobesh the car wouldnt program a new fob(with buttons) i wasted over 200 on a dealer key after and still wouldnt program. and its been 4 to 5 months since i had the key dobesh made and it broke. just out of no were it broke.
