I stupidly locked myself and my dog out of my car (with the keys inside the car) on a decently chilly day. Other locksmiths couldn't get someone out for another 2 hours, but Bust-A-Lock was able to send someone right away. Bryan was there within 30 minutes, had my car open in 15 seconds, and for a very decent price. Everyone I talked to, especially Bryan, were super friendly and professional, and made what could have been a very rough experience very easy. Definitely making sure I call them again if I ever have any trouble.

Early on a Sunday morning I accidentally locked my keys in my car, and to add to how bad the day was already going it was the Sunday morning in April where we got rain falling sideways. I called 3 different locksmiths that morning, 2 didn't answer, the other said it would be 3 hours. I called Bust A Lock, and they said they'd be there in 20 minutes. 15 minutes later, Brian showed up and had my door open in less then a minute. Strongly recommend them to anyone, especially since they were the only ones that actually followed through with being open 24 hours out of the 4 I called.

The technician arrived within 15 minutes of my call, he was polite, and made sure to get into my car using tools which were augmented to minimize the possibility of paint damage to my car.
