MILITARY VET!!! APD locksmith was a great experience. Tony was awesome!!! I love working with small businesses that are committed to providing the best services. Because Tony is a retired Military Vet, he was able to get on base without an escort wich saved me time. He was cheaper than all of the other locksmiths i called, but to tell you the truth.. i wouldn't mind paying more for the quality service i received today. Our ignition locked of at a gas station in Omaha. We called Tony to come help us he exercised every resource he had. He stayed where we were til almost midnight it took awhile to fix ended up having to take the ignition off. He was very helpful and cheap for the amount of time he was there. Tony, worthy of a sixth star, answered my call last Saturday while I was calling every listed locksmith in Omaha and quoted me a flat rate. A flat rate that didn't vary because it was on the weekend or if it wasn't between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Same cost 24 hours a day, seven days a week. He was prompt, friendly, and didn't mind explaining to me how someone makes a new key for an existing lock without an original to copy. In the future I won't bother shopping around for a locksmith because I'll know whom to call. And I'll definitely be recommending APD LOCKSMITH to all my friends and family.

I called like 3-6 other locksmiths in town, and all of then said they were 24 hour places. But let me say none of them respond to me when i was calling. So I called APD locksmith, and got Mr. Tony on the phone he responded and was on his way to me with in 20 minutes from the time i talk with him. I contacted APD Locksmith because the deadbolt and doorknob locks on my front door broke and I was unable to lock the front door of my house after I let my dogs outside in the morning. I spoke with Tony and he sent me a link confirming my address and said that he would be over around lunchtime. On his way to my house, Tony called me to let me know he was nearby and would be arriving soon. I met Tony and showed him the problem with the locks on my front door and he proceeded to remove first the deadbolt, followed by the doorknob, and explained what was wrong with both locks. It was quickly determined that the best course of action would be to replace both locks and I completely agreed with Tony's assessment. The locks that needed replacing had an antique brass finish on them to match the light fixtures and ceiling fans in the house and Tony told me that he didn't have locks of this type but would get them and then come back and install them. True to his word, he returned with a dead bolt and doorknob lock with the antique brass finish and proceeded to install them, which didn't take very long. The service that I received was exceptional and I mentioned to Tony that I noted that he was a veteran. Aside from the 5 star reviews I read about his business online, I told him that I was supportive of our military veterans and thanked him for his service. I highly recommend Tony's business, APD Locksmith, due to the kindness I received, the excellent service, reasonable prices, and Tony's professionalism. He is a very congenial and honest individual and also gave me some tips regarding the safeguard of my home and automobile keys, which was to take a picture of them and store them on my phone or computer. The photos could then be emailed to him and would provide detailed information regarding the nature of the issue. I could certainly see where that would come in handy in the event that I was locked out of my car or house and needed new keys made. It was my privilege to make Tony's acquaintance and I highly recommend APD Locksmith to anyone seeking quality locksmith service with very reasonable prices. Thanks, Tony!

My keys fell down an elevator shaft while picking up my small children. I was unprepared for this! Everything that could go wrong seemed to be happening all at once!! Honestly, calling around seemed to prove a waste of time; everyone gets so busy these days we forget to treat one another kindly. I experienced this blindly calling business to business. I did get a referral from a gentleman named John. Finally, there was some type of light or direction to go. Tony was a great guy!! I lost my truck key, and My truck was being a butt every step of the way, it even tried to eat one of the replacements. He was extremely paitent with me and my truck. Do not call this place they came out and could not get my key out of my ignition and not only could they not help me they fractured my key and it is still in there and they were also too busy working on their own car problems while trying to help me. Beware of this place! They do not know what they are talking about! Do your research before you call a lock smith.
