I watched the owner of All Pro Lock & Key in Lincoln Nebraska, hand file a ignition lock for two hours and reshape it. He created a new design for this lock and saw the new shape in his mind. He is an artist and a mechanically gifted person. He took the newly shaped ignition lock and put it into a different type of car, this was amazing to witness, and the hand crafted ignition lock worked. He is a locksmith genius. Call All Pro Lock & Key when you need professionals who were born with the talent to be a locksmith. Bob isn't fancy. His uniform is blue jeans and a T-shirt yet, his skill is second to none.

Absolutely incredible. I lost my only car key over the weekend, connected with Bob today, and he came out this evening across town to make a new key because it was an emergency. I had called to cancel when I thought I found another solution but he came back out after 6:30 and stayed until 9:00pm. He and John are true professionals and not only do a great job but make sure you understand what is being done. Would recommend again and again. Call All Pro and you won't be disappointed.

Very friendly and every helpful service. Very impressive professionalism and knowledge. My situation was that I lost my keys along with personal info in my bag and so I was unease and worrying that I cannot find anyone in town to help me re-key house locks before the night came. They were the only one who made it happen for me among those I called. They made it out of their busy schedule. John and his colleague were fully booked, but still came later in the evening get work done for me in the cold. Even though it was late, they charged me so fair and they stayed so friendly and professional with great patience, spending extra time to deal with the lock that had quite a bit of extra issue. They just gave me the faith that how good a locksmith could be. I was more than impressed. Now I can sleep with peace of mind.. Best guys in town for the job!

I was very impressed with Jon at All Pro. He came to our home to program a key fob and was very pleasant to work with. He was upfront with his prices and they seemed very reasonable. He even promised not to charge me anything if the key fobs we purchased could not be programmed. In a short time, he was able to program them and was off. I would certainly recommend All Pro!

I would definitely recommend All Pro! We lost the one and only key to our vehicle, they gave us a highly competitive price and they came to our house, so we didn't have to have the vehicle towed! I called All Pro and told them no rush on this but we need a new door re-keyed. They showed up in under two hours! They were professional, friendly, reasonably priced and did more than was necessary. (The original contractor put the front door lock on upside down. They reinstalled it right side up at no charge.) They were very kind to our dogs, doing their best to not upset them while coming through the house. I wish we could get this kind of service every time we need something fixed around here!

Second experience was a good as the first! Bob cut a replacement responder key for our car and programmed a new remote FOB on the first visit. Second visit involved two more remote FOBs (we're kind of hard on FOBs evidently LOL) but these didn't program quite as easily or quickly. Bob was persistent and patient and worked until he found the perfect solution. All Pro Lock & Key is one of the very few places in Lincoln NE to tackle FOBs and at a very competitive price. You don't find life-long locksmiths like this very often. Personable, relatable and a veteran defender of our good ole USA!
