I accidently left my keys in my car typical me I called Aksarben Locksmiths for a quote and they happened to be the cheapest. They gave me a time they would arrive and they actually were on time. I was so ecstatic they showed up so fast so I could run the rest of my errands. Will be using these guys if and when I need a locksmith!

Creepy smelly guy showed up requesting to complete a service. I refused so then he sat in front of my house yelling (like a drunk) with children playing in the yard nearby. Scary! I did not and would not call these people! Now I fear he will break into my house!

Tech was litterally 2 hours late for SCHEDULED appointment. When approached on the subject the tech FLIPPED OUT over the phone. Worse business experience ever. Can’t believe that he’s in business in today’s world of social media. He’s obviously the owner because no one with a lick of business sense would employ him.

I scheduled a time for a rekey service. Very polite and they went above and beyond for me. I'm very satisfied with their service and will be calling Aksarben Locksmiths again when I need them. I have recommended them to my friend already. Definatly call them if you need something done!

The guys at Aksarben Locksmiths are pretty good. I had a few of my locks rekeyed and called a few locksmiths for prices and they gave me a reasonable price. Had them come out and I could tell this guy knew what he was doing. I was expecting him to take a while but he got done fast. Im super happy with their service. i will be using them in the future

Stayed late to complete the job. But never switched our keys over for vehicle. He didn't have everything needed on hand and said he would come back or meet us to give us a automatic lock key but never followed through after many calls back and forth

Called them and it took 2 hours for them to show up. Had to call a second time and they forgot that I called When they finally did show up the locksmith reeked of smoke. H believe he was named Mike. Completely rude as he worked on the car. Save yourself the time and call someone else.

I tried to get ahold of the company a couple of different times. I was finally able to get ahold of somebody to come out and unlock my car. I was told that somebody would be at my location in a couple of hours. Nobody ever showed up or called to say that they weren't making it out to unlock the car. This company has terrible customer service and I do not recommend looking to them when you need a locksmith.

Called in Saturday after 5 or 6 when other places were closed because I didn't want to pay a whole bunch. This guy was great! Was there within minutes of getting off the phone! Great service and great price! Highly recommended!

The locksmith from you guys saved my life. The locksmith that helped me was Mike. I 100% reccommend them. I locked my keys in my trunk and my truck release was broke. He was able to unlock it with in minutes and got my keys out. So very thankful.

After dealing with a different company that kept giving us the runaround we decided to call Aksarben Locksmith to have a key made for a car that we lost the keys to. After ariving at the car and opening it to make sure the keys weren’t in there the tech, Mike, realized he was unable to make a key because it happened to need a hi security key. Instead of just turning us away or sending us to the dealer who would charge an ungodly amount Mike decided to do everything he could to help. He made sure we got to a dealership to get the key code and called another company to set up for us to come and have the key cut at an extremely low price. To top it all off he did this all free of charge because of the trouble. Aksarben Locksmith will definitely be getting my family’s business for as long as we are in Omaha! Thanks again Mike!!

Mike was awesome calm and professional from the first time we spoke until he told me how he normally charges $50 more for the service he provided. And unlike the other company I called Aksarben actually called when they were on their way and showed up to work. I also saw a picture of one of their daughters so I was glas to support a family focused company. So close to the Holiday this is the only form of too I can afford.
