Awful experience same as what everyone reviewed. Told me it was 19.95 and got dispatched. Bills me for 110$ took advantage of emergency. NEVER CALL THEM! when we called what teh charges are never explained now doesnt even pick up the call just hangs up

Absolutely excellent... if you’re a fan of a good ol’ bait and switch and terrible customer service skills. Get told one price over the phone, then a nearly 300% increase once the job is done. Be talked down to by a “dispatcher” not a corporate representative. Plus when you try to fix the situation you’re belittled and treated terribly. Would never recommend and would give zero stars if I could.

They advertise $19.99 dispatch fee and $38 and up for the call. It took him about 3 minutes to unlock my car door. The fee was $110.00!!! Double what the minimum was!!! If you add the $19.99 and $38 that is $58.00! I will NEVER EVER call them or recommend them!!! The first guy I called said $95.00 and I didn't go with him because I couldn't afford it!!! I sent him an email and Jason replied back "see pricing policy"! I don't know how these people sleep at night. I was completely ripped off!!!

Call around first! I called two companies and both charged $85 but my husband went with this company because the airport officer recommended them. The guy named his price differently than the dispatcher at $140!!!! It wasn’t raining or any horrible conditions but he still charged a higher rate. I feel like he took advantage of a helpless person and who would do something like that? What a horrible brand and company. Do not use them. Call around and go with the other guys, I know my husband wishes he would of have. The guy even told my husband it doesn’t matter what I charge you will get it back rom your insurance???? What kind of upcharge tactic is that? Very shady! Please if your outside in the cold and you are reading this.... stay there and call someone else. feeling taken advantage is worse than being out in the cold for a few hours.

Was quoted out $35 on the phone and was charged $85. Locksmith charged someone $60 right in front of me on the phone as he was charging me. They will not make it right do not use.

Sam didn’t know what he was doing. Poor skills and ability. Needs more training. It took him 45 minutes to unlock a door. He had to call someone else to coach him over the phone. He may have been a fairly new technician and should have not been left alone. I was told $25 to dispatch and up to $15 to unlock, but since the technician they sent is poor skilled, it took him almost one hour, and he charged me $145. I didn’t think it was going to take so long to unlock a regular door. I won’t call them again.

DO NOT USE. I called and was told my charge would be $35 + fees depending on distance traveled, difficulty, etc. and the driver would let me know how much it would be. The driver showed up and I asked him, and he said it depends. I asked him to estimate, he still said it depends. He unlocked my car in 30 seconds and charged me $100.

If I could do NO stars I would.. left me stranded said they were in route, waited over a hour to get a text later saying the dispatch got a flat tire!! Didn’t say I will send someone else or anything.. Do Not use these unreliable people.... Carl Jarl was there in no time and very reasonable...

We locked our keys in our car called and the locksmith came out 15 minutes and we are on our way unbelievably fast, took him maybe two minutes. When I called the lady she had said it was going to be a minimum of $35, he charged us $95. That was the only disappointing thing since I called around and had quotes of $50 and $60. Again he was unbelievably fast we called about 5:20 and was out back on the road 15 minutes later.
