Offered fast service for a new immobilizer programmed car key! Even provided my new programmed key to my car after-hours since I was stuck at work. They also helped my family member get into her car multiple times since she forgets to take her keys with her.

I used Facebook to politely and respectfully voice my displeasure at the way I was treated by this business. I see they did the reasonable thing and blocked me, after deleting my review. Far easier I guess to silence me then it is to address the concerns I had. Well, I have time on my hands and there's more than one platform in which to voice my complaint, and Great Falls is a small town. My family is huge. What was an inconvenience, and not much more than a tiny speed bump in my week, has graduated into something personal. Perfect demonstration of the lack of customer service I commented on in the first place.
