Awesome friendly customer service I use Jay key for all my work needs as I am building maintenance where I work and need a lot of different keys and locks and door handles. I also had my Jeep stolen and had to get locks re-keyed and new keys made for my house and had to replace my work keys that were stolen. They are very helpful and knowledgeable

Jay Key Services is amazing. I needed keys made for my 1997 Toyota Land Cruiser. The old key was worn down to the nub and wouldn't start the vehicle anymore. These guys got me back on the road. They are knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly. Good people. Ask for Hercules; he knows everything and then some. In fact, Jay Key has everything you need and then some. After this visit, I won't go anywhere else. Jay Key is now my locksmith service. So glad I found them.

2019.08.12 Quick and friendly service at a good price. I bought three copies of a work key made. I was in the store less than five minutes. I'm a happy customer and will come here again, when I need keys made.

I asked for 2 copies of key marked with red & 2 copies of key marked with purple & 1 copy of unmarked key (total 5 keys). When he finished I had only 1 copy of key marked in red. I told him I wanted 2 of the red also. He went back to make another key for the 1 marked in red & when he came back I failed to recheck. When I got home I still had 4 new keys instead of 5. I will go somewhere else instead of driving across town for 1 more key.

I always go here when I need a key copied. They’re always helpful. The copied keys work great, I’ve had some that worked better than the key that came with the lock. They’re also able to make copies of special keys for pad locks and safes, I’ve never had one they couldn’t copy.

Cant recall the name of the gentleman that cut my extra keys and sold me a dozen locks after keying them all the same, but he was incredibly prompt and polite. While I typically don't travel to the Northside of Springfield, if I need anything else in regards to keys and locks, I'm certainly going back.
