It's hard to rate a place that doesn't answer the phone, return calls as stated on voicemail, have correct business hours or address listed on webpages.... It seems to me that they are not interested in customer service.

I contacted Shepard's locksmith, as my keys had been damaged and subsequently lost. He was able to identify the correct key fob needed for my car, order it with over night shipping, and then replace the key the next afternoon. I told the gentleman I wouldn't be able to be there when he worked on the car. It wasn't a problem, I just sent him ID and proof of ownership. He was able to replace the key and then take payment over the phone. This was the most convenient, easy, no hastle, key replacement I have ever done. THANK YOU!

Very good customer service! They have always taken care of me whether it be having a key made or an unlock on my vehicle done. Also very reasonable prices. You may find someone cheaper (I doubt it) but I can promise you the person you find won’t be as nice, helpful and fast as Shepard’s!

Great company. If you need it done, they can get it done. I ordered all the locks and knobs for my house through them. The locks and knobs arrived in no time and Shepard's installed them in a professional and timely manner. I also use them for all my vehicle needs. They ordered extra fobs for my vehicles and programmed them to my vehicles in no time. I wouldn't trust anyone else.

Shepard's Locksmith In Meridian has been servicing this community for decades. When I asked my Family who they use for locksmithing needs, they referred me to Shepard's Locksmith. I set up an appointment to have deadbolts installed. Appointment was made for the following morning. Fast service!! It took him no time at all to complete installation, and re-keyed my existing locks to match deadbolts which I wasn't expecting!! Thanks Again!!

I purchased a used vehicle that came with only 1 key fob that included remote start and a power lift gate. I called Shepard's and they needed to order the fob I needed. It came in very quickly and they called to schedule a time to program it (next day). Jake came to my place of employment, took my keys, and programmed the new fob right where I was parked and took less than 10 minutes. It works perfectly! Couldn't ask for better service than that!

I disgruntled employee called and quit. She refused to return the keys to me. Since it was after hours and I had no way of securing my business for the night and thought I would have to spend the night there to make sure the business was safe. I called Shepard's hoping to leave message for them to call me the following day. To my surprise Jake was able to come to my business that night and rekey the locks.... I was able to go home knowing my business was secure. Excellent service, I definitely recommend them.
