The technicians are amazing. They work fast. They're very knowledgeable. One draw back. They DO NOT SHOW UP WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL. REGARDLESS WHETHER OR NOT YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. They also don't call to tell you they're not coming. They let you wait for two hours for you to call them. Then they say, "Sorry. How's tomorrow?". Thanks pro-lock. Make me take off work (losing money) so I can do the same thing the following day (losing more money) to be charged full price. You're a real life saver. I guess I really didn't need my car after all.
