This man was very rude to me over the phone. I was trying to give him directions because I really needed my locks changed. He said he put my address in his GPS and it led him to a “white woman’s house” when trying to explain that it’s hard finding my house via GPS he ignored me and stated if the GPS didn’t lead him here he wasn’t coming. Poor ass customer service and I hate I called.
