Unable to start my car 06 Toyota Solara because I lost my ignition key with the transponder inside it. I setup an appointment with Imperial's dispatcher for 5:00 pm. Duane came out just as I had requested at the time requested. He was polite and witty while still being professional. It took me by surprise customer service of this 5* level was still out there. Duane had a new key made for me in minutes. He didn't just make a copy, he actually took the time to make a proper key with transponder from the ignition profile. He made sure I could lock/unlock my door and start my car before leaving. It still blows me away I ever considered the competition (other name brand companies). I will 100% call them again if I need them (hopefully wont though).

I called and within less than half an hour they were there and in no time I had a key! Not only did he make me a key but he got in my car and made for certain my car would crank. Im giving these folks a middle of the road score, necause its all about communication. I used these folks twice when locking myself out of my truck and they were great. The second time had me in the walmart lot, with wallet and keys inside, and 15 minutes before money center closed and i would have missed getting a transfer i was there for (wind blew door shut). Dude showed up taling the corner on 2 wheels. He gave me a 10% discount for the return business, and told me for the 10% he could make me a valet kwy to hide with a magnet someplace incase it happened again. Sold! But few weeks my truck was towed to a mechanic while i was out of town to have a 20 minute ibstall done(dont use mikes transmission!). I return a week later and not only have they done nothing, but tell me the chipped transponder key needed to drivw it wasnt hidden inside where id left it. And i owed them for the tow (yeah...wait for that one). So ive got it home now trying to do the tranny myself, and no key to evem see if ive done it right. These guys were,my firat choice, and webaite said they could do it. They had me sold already! Im all about loyalty! But its been several days of filling the online form out for a quote, and to verify they can do it so i can talk to State Farm....and nothing. Ive done the procedure several times. No response from them whatsoever. Im sorry to say ive gotta go elsewhere, but what ya gonna do?

Imperial locksmith was great ! I locked my keys in my car today and didn’t realize it of course til I was leaving work . I initially called pop a lock and was quoted 45 minutes. I was an hour in when I called and was informed the tech went to another job before mine and would be another 45 minutes so I googled locksmiths in the mobile area when imperial came up . I was quoted 30 minutes . My technician arrived within 4 minutes ! Duane was super friendly and offered excellent customer service ! He even made me a spare key on site which was something I have had on my to do list since I purchased my vehicle ! I won’t lie I was extremely irritated by the time he arrived but he definitely turned something horrible into a pleasant experience ! After waiting an hour and a half for another company with still no one arriving Duane arrive and had my car unlocked and a spare key made within 30 minutes !! I highly recommend this company ! Excellent service with quick response ! I’ll definitely be using them in the future!

My key broke off inside my deadbolt lock and I was stuck – on a Sunday night! I called around to a few different locksmiths and couldn't get anyone to come out. My last call was to Imperial Locksmith, and Robert was here within the hour. He was able to get the broken key out of the lock within minutes. My lock had been hard to turn for months, so Robert took the time to readjust the deadbolt assembly and the hardware plate on the door. The lock works perfectly and I don't have to fight with my door anymore. He also made an extra key for me while he was here, for no extra charge. He was fast and reasonable, with the added bonus of taking the extra step to fix my door. I'll happily refer him to anyone who expects exceptional service at an affordable price.

Imperial locksmith is hands down the best locksmith company in my experience. We called Affordable locksmith first. They hung up on me and wouldn’t answer when I called back. We called imperial and had Christian at our home within 10 minutes. We had a really tricky lock which called for extra work. Christian did the entire job as quickly and efficiently as our lock would allow. He brought us a new door knob and made us another spare key as well. I honestly should have tipped the guy. Awesome. Came as soon as possible, very quickly. Very skillful, knowledgeable, took the time to show me what had happened and how to fix it. We had broken our car key clean in half. The car key was a transponder key. Therefore so called "hardware" and "automotive" store could not help the way imperial did. Created a new key in less then 10 min and had us back on the road after a hard previous night and day with no key. Before we called imperial we called other locksmiths that wanted to charge us $165-$250. Imperial was affordable and incredible. If anyone needs to unlock his or her car or have a new key created no matter the key Imperial is their for you. Would quickly recommended them to anyone. Don't waste your money anywhere else.
