My dog had an accident in the car and I was in a panic. I found this service on the internet and I gave him a call and he answered right away and was able to come the same day. He cleaned the car and got the stench and stain out and I was very impressed with his work. When I payed him I accidentally gave him more money and he returned the extra money I gave him. Very trustworthy and takes pride in his work.

Melvin is awesome!! He really knows his trade and the materials he is using. Was very upfront on what our vehicles needed but let me make the decision on what was done. He was extremely accommodating to our schedule and came to our house to take care of our vehicles. Both cars have an incredible shine...inside and out!! The upholstery in the cargo area of my Toyota 4Runner suffered a mulch juice incident, and the hot mulch water seeped & steeped until the Mississippi sun gave a hand to facilitate a hot, soiled used baby diaper fragrance. I contacted Melvin with Elite Mobile Car Wash & Detailing and now, after a few short hours performing his magic, my 4Runner smells like Toyota intended. Melvin knows his stuff. Very impressive. I just moved here to Oxford, and gave him a chance to show his worth, and he did not fail to impress! He surely got her looking brand new again. Melvin went above and beyond, spending over 2 hours getting it done right, for what he considers a "basic" wash.

For $150 I was very very disappointed!The outside looked very nice and clean; With further inspection of the inside of my vehicle I had liquid stains dried to my seats, the console wasn't touched AT ALL which was disgusting, the windows had streaks on them, and the steering dash wasn't cleaned worth hardly. He claims he cleaned everything but I have before and after pics with the dates posted on them. They speak for themselves.. I more than likely won't recommend him for any detailing other than a good outside washing.. I was very disappointed considering I paid $150..

Melvin worked his butt off from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM this morning and my Jetta looks absolutely fantastic! He buffed out scratches in the hood and made a long scratch with paint on the rear driver side of the car disappear entirely. Melvin is a busy man, so don't wait to make your appointment. It was late in the afternoon and I'm 9 hours away , luckily I found Elite Mobile on the Internet and called Melvin that evening. He answered my call right away and met my daughter at her apartment to assess the damage to her car. The very next morning Melvin came back to start working on her car. I searched for car detailing companies in Oxford and luckily I called Elite Mobile Car Wash & Detailing - Melvin. From the first call, I knew I was dealing with a professional. He came out to our house in Batesville, which was so convenient for us. He did an unbelievable job on our daughter's car! It's an older car and it was in rough shape, but now it looks GREAT! He exceeded our expectations. His prices are a bit higher, but that's because he's worth it.
