Didn't actually require their service, but I did call and Jerry the locksmith gave me some great advice over the phone which actually helped me to save a lot of money today. Jerry actually took the time to listen to the problem I had with my vehicle and gave me some solid advice which ended up being exactly what I needed to resolve my problem. I called capital and had one of their technicians meet me at my car.. Not only was the guy very professional in the way he carried himself but he also explained to me what he was doing every step of the way. After all was done I had two brand new keys for my vehicle and was only charged for what my dealership charges for one. Another thing was that my car was dead when he arrived so after getting the key made the tech boosted my car off.. little did he know the cables were hooked backwards and in turn fried a fuse in my fuse box under the hood.. When I reported it they sent the tech out right away to fix it and that's exactly what he did... He really impressed me along with the entire company. Thank u capital lock Smith

I have used both 24/7 and pop-a-lock in Jackson, Ms. I wou recommend Capital Locksmith. I called to see if they could replace my car's ignition lock cylinder at my home. Chad was very professional and knowledgeable about my car's issue and worked quickly. Service charge was very reasonable.
