The owner himself came out to unlock my car and it literally only took him 10 minutes to get to me , these are the most dependable guys in the business and they are very professional about it , if you are on the side of the road for any reason Batchel's should be the only number you call . 5 stars just is not enough to tell you people how great this service is

Not the worst and not the best. It took about twice as long as it should have for them to reach me and it was apparent on the tracker that they did not take the fastest route. They had no sense of urgency when they arrived. They were a little slow for a service that calls themselves an "emergency road service," but all in all they were friendly and got the job done.

Grant/brant was really an inconsiderate scum bag. Scheduled my jump start appointment for 330 because I don’t get off until 315. Then he was gonna show up 8 minutes (his fault) too early and said he wasn’t going to wait on me. Hope your boss sees this and does something about it
