I was locked out of my Mercedes benz so i called several buisnesses until i found Anytime. They were the cheapest and had a worker in the area. 3 minutes after I contacted their office the worker called and let me know he was finishing up another job and would be at my house in about 15 mins. He arrived in that time constraint and was in the car within 6 mins. Very professional.

I couldn't get my door to lock this morning and called Anytime Locksmith in a panic. Golden called me back in less than five minutes to let me know he was on his way to rescue me and was at my house in less than half an hour. He quickly diagnosed my lock's problem and had a new lock installed within 30 minutes. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and tidy; he also took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with my lock when I asked him questions. Give this man a raise! I'll definitely recommend this company for any future lock problems because of the great staff and reasonable prices.

03/22/18 I called these guys and they sent a gentleman by the name Michael he got to my house less than 15 mins after i called the company. He was very professional and super quick. Very good service. My father n law left his keys in a burning vehicle. I gave Anytime lockSmith a call short after the incident and a guy name Michael was there the next morning, very good communication skills and took him about 30 minutes to make another key and reprogram everything to his 08 tahoe .

John came out and I thought he fixed my key but it only turns over and he told me he will be back out and a week later hasn’t showed up and i text and called him but he hung up and must have blocked my number and called the office and his wife the secretary won’t answer my phone calls so I would love to talk to their boss. I would not recommend JOHN to no one after he told me he couldn’t come out because it’s his anniversary and he and his wife is at work at and he’ll be wasting his time coming out to do what he SAID he will do and he has been paid. I really would love to speak with the owner. Oh and by the way my door doesn’t open from the inside now but I’m being told that it’s not his problem

So I was locked out of my room for a good 4 hours and a man came rushing by to help me out. I never asked for his name, I just remembered how frustrating it was for him to pick the lock and that we had a good chat about what’s going on with our lives and our jobs. He wrote on the back of my receipt “Golden.” This man fought cancer and won. He also is working for his uncle with this business(very fine business indeed) and no matter how hard this door was, he overcame it and I am typing this right now. You guys rock! Came out and made a key for my car, it cranked and everything was fine. The next day, it wouldn’t read the key to crank. So I called them back to set up another appointment. I was told that he would be out ASAP because I was his first priority to fix the problem. Two days later, he has not shown up, he’s dodging my calls. This is very frustrating and unsatisfying.
