Will never do business with these people. I went in on last Saturday and asked if they could cut and program a key I had purchased (OEM). The father and son(owners) just looked at me. I asked again. They said we do that. I then asked how much would they charge.They never gave a direct answer. I didn't have the car and key that day with me. I told them I would be back Monday. So...I returned Monday with my husband. He asked just as I did. They acted the same. Then they finally said. $99 to program the remote and 75 more to cut the key that I had already purchased. Basically they were charging for purchasing and programming the key which made no since. I then grab my keys off the counter and left. I eventually went to KIA the next day. KIA charged me $75 to do everything that I had asked them. Trust me...don't go here. They are a rip off and seem to be idiots.

Unnecessarily rude. I ordered a remote for my car online, it came with two keys. I went to this location and asked to have the two keys cut. The son told me they couldn’t guarantee the keys, but he could try to cut them. I told him I was fine with that. He was on a call and asked his father to help me. His father asked me if I bought them online and proceeded to yell at me telling me all of the reasons cutting the keys wouldn’t work. He said it would be $10.50 per key, and again fussed and reminded me that they wouldn’t fit in his machine. A simple no we can’t do it would have been fine. Yelling at a customer is unacceptable. He clearly didn’t like that I bought my keys online, but that was no reason to be so rude with me. I drove to another locksmith, they cut the keys for me and sent me on my way. The keys worked just fine, both for $7.20.

Nick did a great job! My son car had only 1 key and we needed a key made dealer wanted $$$ and googled these guys told them I found keys on line and he explained why I should not go that way let me tell ya the problems that could arise as well as money spent on an item that may or may not work.. He made the key and programmed the chip on less then 15min. Honda civic 07 - the bonus was he found my sons ODB (?) pushed up among wires under the dash put it back in the holster for free...lol sorry nick said don't tell nobody he does help people...lol..

Called for 3 pm appointment, got an email at 3:05 requesting ME to call them. Then he said he couldn't make a key on site. That was the exact service I requested in the first place. 2 hours wasted where I could have called another locksmith.

PROS: Where Wal-Mart/Home Depot failed these guys succeed. They're the only ones that could cut a key for my motorcycle. CONS: I'm assuming it's a family run business (just two guys, father and son). They may not be in their office and out working a job, so you may have to wait for their return (like I did). One gentleman's phone etiquette needs improvement, seems like a grumpy old man that gets easily annoyed having to explain things. Was nearly dissuaded from doing business here.

I locked my keys in my truck (Freightliner). They showed up in about an hour and had me back in my truck within minutes. It cost me 90 bucks; a bit expensive but it was my fault I got locked out in the first place. Lesson learned.

Five star service and solid value! Highly recommend. Called them to rekey locks at my business and fix a couple of locking mechanisms. They came over same day, were expert in their craft, consulted with me on options, and were upfront and fair in their pricing. Father - son were also super nice and accommodating with customers as they did their work.

Finally I talked to Marvin at Advanced Safe & Lock and he took care of me. Service was quick and inexpensive. They have plenty of keys and any service you might need from a locksmith. While changing the locks on my new home, I ran into a problem and needed help. They came right over and fixed the problem, and helped me with a couple other locking issues I was experiencing. Yes, it was a weekend service call, and yes, I received quite a sticker shock, but it was great service. I don't mind paying a bit extra as long as the quality is great.

Locked my keys in my 1998 Jeep and called to get a quote on how much it'd cost to unlock my car door. After a series of questions, he finally got around to the price..... $85 dollars?? Really? It's pretty sick that they are okay with taking advantage of a desperate people.

Went in to get a key made. $18.75 labor. Asked the man for water in bottle for 5 month old and he gave me a bottled water and started this wasn't a nursery. Had to use the water, baby threw up everything that night It would have taken 10 minutes to let me get water from faucet. $24.00 2 craftsman toolbox keys. Keys worked. CSR needs to be better.

My grandson lost his key to his truck and I only had one key which I keep in case of emergencies. I went to Advanced Safe & Lock. They were so nice and assured me they could help me. I have used them twice this year, and both times they were responded to my call of having locked my keys in my car quickly and were professional. The charge was the same both times. I had a lock out key made the second time and was NOT even charged extra for that. Very satisfied.

These guys are very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend these guys if you need any locks serviced or replaced. I had my car door lock repaired quickly and then a few weeks later I had new key programed and they beat the dealer ship by $70! JTO

Awesome customer service!!! I went to this business on 3/1/19 due to a situation at work causing a Locksmith emergency for me. I arrived around 4:30 and store closing time was approaching, but it didn't cause Nick to rush me off. Instead he became more eager to help me. He was so dedicated and concerned about my current situation and went out of his way to help me. His sister was also friendly and made my wait very comfortable. I was very pleased with the service I received here and would recommend this business to anyone. Just ask for Nick!!!

I usually at least get to step foot in an business before I review it but that's not happening here. Even with the bad reviews I was willing to give them a chance. First of all I can't go to a minute key or home Depot to get a key made for my SUV. They just don't carry the blanks. I called on a Thursday and ask if they could make a key for my Isuzu. They said probably yes and quoted me a price of about $8.50 per key. Said they could do it on Saturday since I work till 6 on weekdays. I called them Saturday about 11 and ask them what time they close. The guy was a complete jerk. Short answers and acted like he wasn't working that day. Said he never told me he could make a Isuzu key. Then said they close at 4 but he wasn't at the location. I ask him if he could make the key and could I go by there today. He said his son was there but couldn't do it. Told me to try him on Monday. WRONG. I hate to leave bad reviews but come on. Went to A1 keys on Poplar in Memphis and got the job done quick and half the price I was quoted from these guys. Sorry but if you feel like paying more for being talked down to have at it. Maybe I caught him on a bad day but that's all it takes sometimes to lose business.

Be sure to call ahead, guy at lunch at 1:30 pm. He refused to program keys that he does not sell you.
