They made 2 sets of special keys for me in less than 10 minutes. I went to Walmart and multiple ACE Hardware stores and no one could cut the very old style special keys I had, I should've just gone to AAA first. Excellent customer service- and they did a great job with the cut of the fine key teeth. Didn't overcharge me like some places. Great guys, I would recommend their work.

My only sad note to this review, is that these guys were the third number I called, and not the first. Traveling through Memphis, stopped for the night, 2006 Ford pickup stolen from motel parking lot. Police found it the next day, took it to city impound. Key was gone. Searched Memphis locksmith on Google, and I’m not going to name drop here, but the top search result, was a company with over 400 5-star reviews; Called them, but some paperwork needed to be authorized to enter the city impound, had expired, and they couldn’t help me unless I had truck towed to their lot. Second number said they could only make keys for up to 10 year old Fords, no older. The next one on the list, were these guys. They didn’t have as many 5 star reviews, etc.,but the guy met me at the lot, 7 o clockish Friday eve, went back on the lot while we were still waiting to be taken back, and came driving back out to hand not one, but 3 new keys, and they work. He had his? Wife? with him, they were VERY nice, sympathetic folks. Am so glad I found them! Call them, you won’t be disappointed.

These guys are excellent. I have a Honda Accord and they got me fixed up. At the time I arrived I had one non-working clicker with out a key. One key w a non-working clicker. One car door with a keyhole that I could barely get my one key into. They helped me navigate my options and got we on my way with two working keys w working clickers. I feel like a magician now that I can lock and unlock my car again after 8 months of being key dependent. Thank you AAA Safe and Lock Company

Had two things done. Got keys made in store. Super fast and cheap! Then I had a technician come out and change my door cylinders. He was punctual and worked quickly. I wish he would have walked me through various options a little more, but I trusted what he did and was happy with the service.

My Toyota remote key broke, I fixed by epoxy, didn't stay fixed, they cut me a new key, using my little black box inside my old remote key that was already programmed, and cut me a door key also, it was $55, YOU READ THAT RIGHT $55. Toyota wanted over $200 to cut and program a new one, would NOT cut and program one you get offline.

I've used this shop twice. First was to get keys copied. One person ahead of me. They were very slow. About a 15 minutes wait for the person ahead of me to make one key and eventually get to me b/c they were chatting it up with someone who walked in after me. The second time, I called them with a question on lock systems and later called back because I wanted more information and the response was very rude. First talked with someone who was calm and knowledgeable. I called back because I had another question and I talked with someone else with the eventual response "He already told you wanted you needed to know. I don't know why you're calling back".

If I could give them 6 stars, I would. Nice, polite and no snotty reply or attitude like some key and lock places give. Cut and programmed 2 keys and remotes for my car. Reasonable and done in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend AAA Lock and Key.

They are very rude , unprofessional, money hungry, and dishonest. Sold me key that worked for 30 days. When found out it was because of the key programming that car would not start after 30 days. They tried to scheme more money from me to reprogram my key. Even told me if i dont drive the car or use the ket for a day or so, that it would automatically stop working ..Which I nor any other dealer has ever heard of.When addressing the issue, they guy was very very rude. If i could give them negative stars. ... I definitely would've. Never ever again!

I am an Uber/ Lyft driver and was locked out of my trunk. AAA and technician Nick gave me outstanding service. My problem was diagnosed immediately and i was able to schedule a repair after my part arrived. Excellent service and fair prices will make me a regular customer. I also had a transponder key made for very reasonable price. I recommend AAA for your lock and key needs.

Charged 175% of time verbally quoted. Worker smoked on my property during time I was charged. Managing owner returned call. She said time and again she could not understand why I was upset, she spoke over me, and she did not listen to a word I said. She said I should have gotten a written estimate. She asked if her workers had stolen anything. She told me not to ever call her business again. If I treated people the way she treated me, I would not have any customers.

Do not take them a "internet key" or they will booger it up. Its what happen to me. But $30 bucks later they had one of their keys cut and perfectly working in my car? Yah small side not here I am a Machinist. I have the tools to get the job done and I work in tighter tolerances/or same as they do. So when I came home I just had to know why it would not work. As I found out their perfectly working key was an exact copy of mine. Now the key I bought off the internet.... Was undersized enough to render it useless. Was I scammed? (ehh look at the star and tell me) I will not return nor will I tell my friends or fellow coworkers about the great work they did.
