My 04 Lexus key passed away last night. I had another locksmith company working on my car for almost 3 hours!!! I have no idea what they did but they simply left. Called this company for a replacement key, told them the situation and all that. In a matter of 40, maybe 45 minutes, the guy made my key. I am very happy with this service. This is honestly a true and good review. My son locked his keys in the car, I called 24/7 Jackson Locksmith. I spoke with some one and was told a technician would call me back momentarily. He did, his name was Gayland (?) i am probably totally screwing up his name and i apologize but he told me he would be there in 15-20 minutes and he was there in 18 minutes. He was very nice and had the door open in literally 3 minutes. Very impressed with the service and response time. I would recommend them. Price was reasonable. Actually less than I thought it would be.

I thought I was calling a 1 locksmiths but ended up calling 24/7 7 times and still no service. Do not use this company. they have dispatch out of Nebraska and say they can't get a supervisor on the phone. they have a Jackson MS address listed. DO NOT CALL THEM. THEY COME UP AS THE FIRST GOOGLE SEARCH. jUST TALKED WITH A TECHNICIAN. WAS TOLD the person who does ignitions would be out for a very long time. I was told I should have called some one else when no one called me back. This is NOT a local company. pass it on.

EXCELLENT experience. Car key wasn’t working on my Nissan. The locksmith (Adam) came out, cut a new key using the VIN, and everything worked beautifully. He made it out to my car in 15 minutes from our initial call, and the whole process was finished in under an hour. These are the guys to call. Excellent service.

Wheres my $115 or at least sum of it..I was nice enough to delete my comment about a key i didnt need cause it suspose to have a chip in it.Now when i call i get no answer from anyone they must blocked my call if i call from another number i get a answer..If you have 7 years in this business how did you not know my key needed a chip..I called another locksmith and i was told to call them and get my money back i was out of another $125..I tried i cant reach anyone now no one has called me back except the guy who made my key i only can use it to lock and unlock my doors...Im trying to find out who I need to talk to about this situation. Poor service and information and i will not be removing this comment this time either..All i got was sorry for the misunderstanding but that doesnt get aleast sum of my money back but i get a sorry we dont exchange or refund.Im going to call better business about this matter so it wont happen to someone else..

I telephone this company 24/7 after getting the run-around from two other companies - thanks to a neighbor who finds 24/7 in the locksmith sectional ads of his phone book. 24/7 promises that its serviceman will telephone me in minutes, and he does! He promises that he will be at my doorstop in 10 mins. And he is! Spectacular! I'm back in business! 24/7, you're the man! I have programmed your number into my phone and have your business card in my wallet. What service! And on a late FRIDAY AFTERNOON!!! WOW!!! Thanks! I'm telling my friends about you.
