I never thought a car lockout would be so stressful. I was about to go to a friend’s house, and out of nowhere, my car keys were not working. It was impossible to start the engine or remove the keys from the ignition cylinder. I had no idea of how to solve the situation, so I decided to leave it in professional hands, clever, huh? Turns out it’s not that easy to find a reliable locksmith service in my city. With all the traffic jams, they wouldn’t be home for at least an hour. It wasn’t too long considering that I hadn’t found a single locksmith servicing my area. I decided to continue my search until I found Rapid Services. They had a wide assortment of options, all available near me. I looked further to discover they all had ample experience in the field along with the necessary certifications to provide the service. I chose one, and the results were amazing. After a few minutes, the tech arrived at home ready to help me. He had all the necessary tools and knowledge I lacked, plus, his service was super fast. Awesome customer service and very responsive. House keys became locked in the garage and with no way to be able to pick the front door lock, Rapid was able to unhook the safety on the garage door opener to open and access the garage. All of this at 9:00 pm! Thank you! I recommend this service abd if i could give more than 5 stars, I would. If it wasnt for Rapid I would have had to break a window.

Price was high. 145.00 Plus 40.00 service fee. Not sure if this is standard. I was in a jam. Locked my keys in my car at work. I work 3rd shift. Try finding someone to answer the phone at 4am even the "24" hr places. I got them to pick up shortly after 6am when I was off work. He was 10 mins from me. Took 5 mins to get the door open. Was very friendly. Polite. Fast. I just wanted to go home after 8 hrs of work. I happily paid even tho I found it a bit high. I didn't tip. That to me was asking too much. 15% is 27.00 no thanks. I'd use them again. They were there when no one I mean no one would pick up the phone. They know what they are doing without damaging ur car. In and back on the road in 20 mins. So long story short u pay for what you need. I needed my keys to go home. Go to bed after a long long overnight shift. Thank you. I just wish fees were more clear but then again I didn't ask. Other places advertised cheaper but didn't answer there dam phones. Convience won out this time. And I was happy for the help.

11/4/18 I called Rapid Services at 2:45 AM, on a Sunday Morning. I had a vehicle that I was locked out of, and the battery was dead. I needed the vehicle, charged and ready to go by early morning, which was about 6 hours away. I sent him my address, and he said he would be right there. OK, we've all been through waiting for a service call...when will they arrive?? Swear to God, he was here, at my door and calling me in less than 3 minutes!! OK, he happened to be in the area, but STILL....3 minutes?!?! Thank you so much!! It could not have been any better.
