I had a replacement fob programmed and new door keys cut for a car. The keys required title verification which they were able to handle. Took a couple hours though. They seem to have more business than they can handle when only one person is in the shop. I had to leave and come back the next day. Nevertheless, it's the only place in town, other than paying the high price at a dealer, to get keys done for most newer cars.

If he can't make a key for you.. you are most likely out of luck! I highly recommend. This was the one place in Duluth that could make boat keys for my Lund. Prices are reasonable and service is quick. The go to place in the twin ports.

They can do a lot of keys that other places cant - they do some chip keys for cars.

Had started up the truck, got out and shut the door - they locked. It's nearly 8pm and he shows up in about 10-15 minutes. Back on the road shortly after that. Very nice man and service reasonably priced. Thank you!

The owner was very knowledgeable and helpful. He fixed my problem very quickly and my bill was $150 less than what the dealership quoted me. Horrible business even under new management! Does not understand that keys have an implied warranty of fitness and MUST work in the lock they made it for or the money you paid must be returned. If you have issues with this business take them to conciliation court!

Very very very rude! After reading the other reviews I feel like he just doesn’t like women. He asked me 3 times if I made sure the vin number for my suv was correct and then proceeded to tell me where it is located on a vehicle. I talked to him on the phone and decided against sending him a copy of my drivers license thru text ( have had identity theft before) so I just show up. Well apparently that is how EVERYONE does it and he wouldn’t let me forget.

He was extremely rude and pretty much yelled at me when I brought in my old and broken house lock. He didn't allow me to ask questions. I don't know if he is an angry white misogynist or what. He returned my credit card without out saying thank you, good-bye, or anything. The new lock he provided worked with some tinkering and was keyed to match my current keys, so he appears to be competent.

Called in just to ask if they could help and I explained what car I have. First thing the guy responds with is Yuck. Very unfriendly. If you are trying to run a business this is not the way to go about it.

Really rude and kept repeating himself saying it's a foreign car like I didn't know it is one. The web page really need to be updated stating that they can't do any foreign chip keys. I thought it says they can do it all. Probably can't even do any chip keys. False advertisement. Very disappointed, especially when he hung up the phone on me when I wasn't done talking.

My girlfriend and I were locked out of her car on a cold night and so we gave this guy a call. He said that it would only take 30 minutes to get to us and it ended up taking 45 minutes. He asked how we were and I told him that we were cold and he brushed that off and told us that he wasn't cold. He got the job done but was late and rude to us.

I brought two vintage motorcycle ignition switches to them to have keys made for them. The key codes were stamped on the switches so they should have been able to cut new keys. They had them for 3 weeks and I decided to go back and check on their progress, they made keys for one switch but had broken the electrical connector on it from taking it apart which shouldn't have been necessary if they used the code. This was pointed out to them but I received the deer in the head lights look, no gee were sorry, but this is what you owe us instead. And while there dealing with me some guy walks in needing help from across the street and start talking to him and ignoring me. I was told the codes didn't come up on their computer, I've checked online from two separate locksmiths that cut keys from the codes and they are valid and the keys can be made, simply amazing!! Thankfully I got their before they tried to make keys for the other switch which was really the most important one. In a nutshell these guys need more education in their trade and how to run a business, find someone else!!!
