I called Pop a lock because i had lost my set of keys for my car. The mechanic was out within the hour. His name was Elijah. He started the process which revealed further trouble with the wireing. He assured me he would not only make new keys but he would also assist with the problem. He stayed there and not only diagnosed the problem but fixed it with out any further charge. I've used Fast Eddy's twice and I'd call them again if I had another door that needed a bolt lock. They were able to schedule me in on short notice (after a burglar had kicked my door in and broke my old lock.) What a great company. I called yesterday in the afternoon. I had to get my lock changed ASAP on my apartment door as I had a order for protection signed by a judge that day against my abusive husband. I only had a limited amount of time to get that lock changed. They gave me a accurate quote and most fair option over the phone. Stated they would be there at 5:15 and they were. The gentleman that performed the service was very professional and kind caring man. He also knew about restraining orders and rights. He was very nice and I would recommend them to my mother, sisters, nieces anybody. If I ever have any lock issues in the future this is the only business that will get my business. Fast Eddy's Keys were so fast, I had to write him a fast review. We finally got around to replacing our locks after buying our home and he did 4 doors (six total lock replacements) within 30 minutes. I was prepared to wait around for a few hours. Now I've got extra time on my hands I don't know what to do with. Prices were reasonable (never done it before so didn't know what to expect) and they were very friendly and professional.

I called Fast Eddys because my antique door lock got jammed. They came over and spent a lot of time trying to rescue the beautiful old lock, and knew a lot about the mechanics of it. Eventually they had the tools to get the door open, but the lock was beyond repair. BUT they knew where I could find a vintage replacement! They clearly know their work and take a great deal of pride in their craft. I definitely recommend them.
