I contacted Bowman's Door Solutions about a month ago and inquired about getting a few doors in my home that weren't closing correctly, fixed. I was told by David Bowman that the price to get each door fixed would be between $25-45 dollars. On the day of, somebody came out to my house and attempted to fix the doors, leaving noticeable cosmetic damage that would not be later repaired. One of the doors still did not close all the way and I was still charged $25 and $50 for the remaining doors. They also wanted to charge me a $75 service fee that was not mentioned in the phone call (ended up not paying it). Ever since I have emailed the receptionist Tonya who has done nothing to get back to me, and David who has failed to contact me after saying he would. The pictures show the door still sticking, pieces from the doorknob missing, and damage to the molding/door. This has been an incredibly frustrating process. If you have anything residential that has to be fixed, do not waste your time here.

Stopped in to get two keys made, the staff was friendly and made the two keys so fast i think it took me longer for him to run my card for payment. They will be moving into their new building just down the road very soon.

I was in Rochester for the last week and I accidentally locked my keys in the car. I called, and within 45 minutes two young men came and unlocked my car. They were extremely nice. The charge was very reasonable. I was very pleased with everything from the call till them leaving. Hopefully i won't need them to unlock my doors, but in case i do i know who i will get. BOWMAN'S

Great service. We had Two automatic door openers installed in out home and they work great friendly and punctual staff. When I had some troublshooting issues the service department talked me through what I needed. Very helpful.

I tried anouther place in town to have a key made/copied but they were having problems and could not get the job done. I came to Bowman's and they had the right key template and I was on my way in minutes.
