Interestingly, Assured was too classy to make me a customer. Our automatic swing arm door uses a power unit they don't carry. Their technician spent considerable time, downloaded the OEM manual, came back a 2nd time, and after making it better, but not to his satisfaction, he provided a competing contact and didn't charge us for his time. The best "didn't do business" business relationship I've experienced in 20+ years of managing operations. Look forward to hiring Assured Security in the future!
