I called Mark last week and he scheduled an appointment this morning. He had discussed many options for a new lock for my steel front door to my condo. He arrived on-time and installed a new deadbolt easily. He worked neatly and accepted my check when he was finished. I am very pleased to have found him. He did a great job. Terrible service. I was told that the copies of my keys would be dropped off the next day. A month later when I called to see what happened I was told he would have them to me by Monday. This was on a Friday and you would think that being a month late you would get them to the customer ASAP. Nonetheless I waited till Monday and he still didn’t show up, so I called and he assured me he would have them here in the morning. Now its Wednesday and I have been calling all morning and leaving messages and have received no correspondence back whatsoever. Highly disappointed and would suggest going with a different locksmith! I will let everyone I know that they do not conduct business properly!

Highly recommend Mark for anything you need he's extremely helpful and courteous. I have used him 3 times now for commercial properties, once to change out some Hardware on a door to make it a ADA compliant and twice to recore some locks, he always responds fast and gets the job done extremely quickly. I will continue to use him in the future.
