I was very impressed with Premier locksmith. Nick was courteous prompt and acted very professionally. I'm a single mom and very very conscious of who I let around my children and who I let into my house. I felt very comfortable having Nick at my house. I feel that the price was more than fair, especially since it was such short notice. Not only was he polite and courteous on the phone he walked me through the whole situation, something that I've never been through before, and he had a lot of patience. I would highly recommend this company. I feel that it's worth the money tenfold, just to have somebody as professional and courteous who got the job done so quickly at the house. I would recommend them, and I would have them come to my house again.

Nick is awesome! I broke my car key in my ignition and needed someone to fix it. I called Premiere Locksmith to see if they could come out. Nick showed up within 30 minutes, was able to remove my car key, fix the problem in my ignition, cut and program a new key, all in an hour! Above and beyond the call for sure! We hired Premiere Locksmith to change our front door locks and match them to the garage entrance door. We were happy with the quick response time and appreciated having this done at our house instead of at a shop. While the technician was here, we decided to change our doorknob as well. After it was installed, I mentioned to the technician that the doorknob sticks when we try to turn it, but instead of fixing it, he said that "it was just a different doorknob than what I was used to". I accepted that maybe he was right. Since then, my young children have been unable to independently open the door and every guest and contractor that has come in through that door has complained about the knob, which is either defective, poorly installed, or both. On top of the sticking, the knob parts are also loose after about two months. Although we understand that sometimes mistakes happen or issues arise, we were disappointed that the issue was not resolved when brought up immediately after installation while the technician was still here, and also that it still has not been resolved. EDIT WITH RESPONSE TO OWNER: It's insulting that you believe we are simply "unfamiliar" with the function of a very basic doorknob. No customer wants a doorknob that gets stuck every time you turn it, and we are not paying an additional service charge to have something fixed that should have been fixed in the first place.

Excellent service, fast response. Should have been an easy program and cut auto key. My car is a little older and would not respond as quickly to the computer. He stayed with it and still got the job done as quick as possible. Dealership wants too much and Premiere Locksmith is the go to.

I was recently out of town on business and stuck at a hotel in Marlboro. My car key suddenly would not turn the ignition switch at all. I called 4 locksmiths and Nick was the only one to call me back (5 stars for that alone). After explaining the situation, and that it was an older car that I was looking to replace and didn't want to put much money into, he suggested some things I could try. And Voila! It worked! Very grateful for your advise, and I would recommend your service to anyone who asked.
