Needed a spare key for a 2013 Smart Fortwo, called all of the local locksmiths only to be told that I would have to go to the dealer! I called all the local Smart dealerships, all of them at least 40 minutes from me, only to find out that the key would cost me between $325 & $350, AND I would need to drive up and order the key in advance of driving up to have the key made! I called Pop-A-Lock and they confirmed they could make the key and instead of me making two trips to a dealer, Pop-A-Lock would come to me! I made an appointment for the following Thursday and Pop-A-Lock showed up and made the key for me while I sat in the comfort of my home. When all was said and done, I saved $45-$65 dollars off of the price the dealer charged me and didn't have to waste a bunch of my time driving back and forth to the dealership. Very professional and courteous, and able to make a key for a Smart Fortwo when nobody else seemed able to!

Lisa was wonderful to work with. She did a great job at changing out my door locks. One of the locks had an existing problem. I asked to look into ordering a part. Over the weekend, she did research and reached out to the manufacturer. She came back and fixed the problem, and I didn't even need the new expensive part! Highly recommended for any locksmith need. After the frustration of receiving no response or call back from local in town locksmiths, I found Pop-A-lock on the internet. The response was quick and timely. I asked Lisa to rekey and repair a total of 5 locks and make 5 new keys. The work was efficient and very professional, and the price very reasonable. Great locksmith, called to have a new Audi key and remote made. Gave me a estimate that was half the dealers price. Showed up next day on time. Made a new key with remote and reprogrammed my original key fob that wasn’t working. Amazing, very professional, very very knowledgeable, had very modern computers and equipment for today’s electronic keys, and affordable! It’s hard nowadays to find a true professional that takes pride in their work but Lisa does just that . I would recommend her to anyone!!
