I had an emergency situation where I couldn't get into my house. Thank goodness Patriot Lock provided quick 24-hour service. They were in my neighborhood and had my door open in 30 seconds. The prices were reasonable considering the immediacy. I would recommend Patriot Lock to anyone in metro west!

Ignition key would not turn on Ford Escape. Called Patriot at 9am on a Saturday and they had a technician at the house 45 minutes later. He fixed the problem in less than a hour. Nice guy who explained issue and how he fixed it. Not cheap but well worth the response and quality...

I feel so fortunate to have found Patriot Lock and Key Co. About 3 months ago, we purchased a new lock set for our new front door. The people who installed the door put the new lockset in but bent a portion of the internal mechanism. Patriot showed up on time, turned the lock once and immediately knew the problem. The lockset was beautiful and expensive but at this point could not be returned.The owner worked on the lock to salvage it and fixed it. It works like new. Not only do they have the expertise but they are also reliable and trustworthy to have in your home, something that can't be underestimated. They changed other locks in my home for an incredibly reasonable amount. I have already told others about this great company. Look no further if you are searching for a locksmith. This is THE BEST!!!!

The lock with the inside thumbwheel in the three-point lock system on our French door had jammed and we could not unlock and open the door. I'm an engineer, and it looked like there would be no easy way to get the door open and fix this. Dave from Patriot Lock and Key showed up today, managed to get the door open, remove the lock (with some effort - it really was stuck!) and replace the lock. He also leveled the door before leaving. A really nice job at a very reasonable price!

Dave was very understanding when I got delayed in traffic on the way to meet him to remove a lock I had lost the keys to. As a Realtor, I have used Patriot Lock and Key for years. On several occasions they have really helped me or my clients out with incredibly fast and friendly service. Just today I had a closing that was going to be delayed because the only key had been locked inside the house - which meant the final walk through was not going to happen on time. One phone call and David was juggling his schedule to make it all happen. His work is great too - he has tamed stubborn locks and cut great keys (that is a dying art, I swear) for me on many occasions. Highly recommend!

David, from Patriot Lock, come by my flower shop here in Bedford today, and fixed my faulty front door lock! It would not stay unlocked from time to time... Not good! The lock was old, and worn out, and needed to be replaced. It took an additional try to get the right fit for a new insert, (1st one felt too rough) but he quickly found the right one, and realized he had to do some fine tuning to the door frame plate as well. It now works smoothly!!! What a relief to no longer worry about locking myself out of my shop! Great, friendly, quick service!! Thanks again, Dave! I will recommend you!!

I recently purchased a new house and had Patriot Lock come out to re-key all of the locks and add a deadbolt to one of my doors. They were able to send a tech out the same day I called, which was very helpful because I have a very tight work schedule with very limited time off. John came to my house and he was great! He was very professional and answered all of my questions. I was curious to see how the process was done so john invited me out to his van (workshop) so I could watch him work. He has happy to explain everything he was doing, and even educated me about different locks. It was clear that John takes pride in his work and truly cares about his customers. If I'm being completely honest I don't think Patriot Lock is the cheapest locksmith around (I don't have anything to compare it to), but they certainly seem like one of the best. I would highly recommend both John and Patriot Lock for any of you lock needs.
