I lost the keys to my car so I called up Palmer Lock and Key. They came out to Berkley from their shop in Raynham and fit a key to my car in about half an hour or so. The service was very professional and affordable. Would use again.

Billy was very knowledgeable and helpful. I went in one day set an appointment and he came out to where I'm at the next day. Helped program keys for me on a vehicle. Took him maybe 5-10 minutes at a lot quicker and cheaper than the car dealerships.

Billy is the BEST! I needed my locks replaced immediately and he was at the house within 1-2 hours. He was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job. I would use Palmer Lock & Key again....highly recommend!

Palmer Lock and Key was fantastic at solving my problem. Dealer wanted to charge me nearly 1000$ to replace/reprogram a broken key fob, and needed my car towed there. Dealership was terrible with communication, terrible with pricing and terrible with the quoted time to repair. Bill and staff at Palmer Lock and Key, on the other hand, we're completely opposite. Their communication was perfect, they took the time to listen to my issue clearly, asked all the relevant questions needed to do the job once and do the job right. They were super quick with their service, came out to my location for a VERY REASONABLE small fee, and totally took care of my issue swiftly and professionally. They even surprised me by going above and beyond and provided me with two complimentary keys for any "just in case" moment I might one day have. Totally recommend, and will absolutely recommend them to others.

Should of written this months ago when I closed on my home. Came and did all my deadbolts and gave me 4 new keys all at a ridiculously great price! Will def recommend and def use them again!
