Never thought I had to call a locksmith to save my day, and guess what -- today is that day! The second I closed my trunk I realized I didn't have the keys (house and car) in hands. The first thing popping in my mind was to call 911, and guess what -- my cell phone couldn't dial 911. Then I started panicking, trying everything from youtube DIY videos to calling 10+ of the 800 locksmith phony companies on google search. The more I talked to the dispatches, the less hope I had in them and me and the slim possibility of getting my keys out. Then, it occurred to me, why not call a local locksmith who you know can come over in an hour for sure?! After speaking on the phone with a technician at Lowell Lock & Key, I immediately knew this is it. Not only they would charge $75 of flat fee for opening my car and getting the keys out, which is only half of what's asked for, but also the way the technician addressed my request. Half an hour later, I got my keys out of the car, and I was saved! So, big thanks to the lifesaver at Lowell Lock & Key! Highly recommended!

I highly reccoment this place not only for the customer service, but their prices are extremely reasonable and afffordable, $100 cheaper then other places I called. Anyone who needs keys made, this is the BEST place around!!!!

Was in a bind when my ignition stopped being able to turn. The guy was their within a few hours, right around the time he said he was going to be. He was very kind and did the work fairly quickly. The price was good. I definitely felt taking care of and will use them for any trouble I hope we don't have in the future. Would highly recommend.

I accidentally locked myself out on Labor Day. Fortunately I was able to find someone open for business today. He was fast, polite and fair. He asked if I wanted new keys made for me because there wasn't one for my room. I just recently moved in two days ago. He told me it would only a few minutes. He went back to his truck and came back maybe 10 minutes, no more than 15 minutes later. Popped back in my door knob and gave me two sets of new keys.

Lowell Lock & Key has been there for me many times over the years. I was there 2 days ago getting keys made for my wife's Honda Pilot that she had misplaced the spare for. Mike & his staff had the parts needed on hand and were able to cut/program them in minutes. I also work in the automotive industry and they have worked on many vehicles, and all locks around our facility. If you need a locksmith look no further!!!

I somewhat agree with the other reviewer - when I arrived, the young woman was on the phone, sounded like she was talking to a friend. I was waiting around a couple minutes until she finished her conversation. After, she apologized and duplicated a car key for me. It was fast in my opinion, only took her about a minute. I tried it in my car, and it only fit in the ignition in one direction, not both ways like my original key. She said the key just had to wear in, so maybe that's the case. They are cheaper than any other place around that I could find, which was great. I just wish the customer service was a little better, but I would go back if I needed another duplicate key.
