I recently needed the services of a locksmith so I called Locksmith New England and spoke with Sean. I advised him my son lost his only key to his Camry and needed a replacement. Sean immediately offered to travel all the way to Plymouth, NH to assist my son in replacing his lost key. When Sean arrived he recognized complications to completing this task on site. Due to Toyota's unique design, the car would need a reset prior to programing the key. Although Sean did all he could given his limitations beyond his control, he went beyond the call of duty and did some research to determine the most economical solution to this problem. Bottom line, after many phone calls and explanations , Sean was able to save me approximately $300.00. Let me emphasize, Sean did not leave me hanging. His follow up was superb and I cannot recall dealing with a more honest and true professional. I highly recommend Sean with Locksmith New England for any locksmith needs you may require.

Sean was polite, prompt and professional. He drove to my location, told me exactly what my options were for replacing the car's key fob, answered my questions, and got the job done on the spot. Shon Mordehay I have been intending to contact you for the wonderful help I was provided by Shon in early March, and then gave away all your cards to friends telling them you were the only ones to ever contact when in need of a Locksmith. Shon came to my home on a Saturday morning to change the locks on the outside of my garage and the upstairs Loft above the garage due to the organization I had been working with evacuating the refugee and my having to follow through. Not only did Shon help me with locks and explain things to me that I had never understood, as a lock being upside down and thus easy for a break-in, which he repaired, with the locks earlier mentioned and then making keeps for me. Additionally, he advised me to call the police for he had been involved with such situations before. We called twice and they refused to come. Shon then insisted on staying, explaining that it was the end of his day and he was able to do this. Additionally, he explained to me that he had dealt with this sort of thing with police in several other towns. I will never be able to adequately thank him for being a single older woman I was in more than a vulnerable place. Shon stayed until the representation of the organization came and the gentleman was out and I was inside a locked house. This was certainly way beyond the call of duty and the reason that I have a photo of his card on my phone, no cards left, to pass along to others. I will never be able to thank him enough and you for having this wonderful man within your organization. OMG!! Great service!! We recently bought an electric Smart car and were only given one key at time of purchase. We were told a second key would be an expensive dealer item. After calling many local locksmiths, we happened up Locksmith New England. He responded to our email with a telephone call, and said he would be over in 30 minutes. He showed up promptly, cut and programmed our keys in about 20 minutes, and for a price lowered than we were quoted by the dealers - plus he came to us. I would have no hesitation in using them again and highly recommend.

Great experience! Lost my only key down a storm drain. Chevy dealer said car needed to be towed to them for new key to be programmed and key needed to be ordered taking 5 days. Locksmith New England was able to do the job onsite same day at lower cost than dealer. Sean made and programmed the new key and then retrieved the old key from storm drain with a magnet and reprogrammed that key too!! Sean is a real pro!

A STELLAR experience!!! First of all, while his entry here in Google looks like some national firm that forwards calls to someone in the general vicinity, Sean _IS_ local to Pepperell. That makes a huge difference to me, and it was enormously helpful today. Sean arrived very quickly. His price for the service I needed (Programming new remotes for my two cars' keyless entry systems) was half or less than half of every other quote I'd received from locksmiths or dealerships. Programming the first remote went quickly and smoothly. The second, not so much. This was entirely my fault -- the remote I had ordered turned out not to be the right one for the car in question -- but Sean went the extra mile and then some, spending something like an hour trying various tricks and methods to get the new remote to pair with the car. In the end, because that attempt was unsuccessful, Sean only charged me for programming ONE remote, even though he'd put in a huge amount of time and work and patience on trying every possible method to program the other. I will definitely be doing business with Sean in the future.

On his way to my house, he got delayed by traffic and he called several times to update me on his location. Once he arrived, he quickly had a new key created, but then we encountered several other issues involving the car. Instead of saying, this wasn't his issue, he patiently and calmly problem solved the issue. Sean is a great problem solver and called to ask if everything was satisfactory later.
