Absolutely AMAZING!!! FAST response, phenomenal reasonable price. With the customer service is above and beyond!!! This company goes out of there way literally to respond to anyone in need. My Mom has needed them, Aunt and a few of my cousins. We ALL have the same experience. We also found out, instead of having a spare key made at our car dealerships. We had them made more then half off through Locks & Keys. Ask for ANY employer here. They are all awesome and genuinely care of how to fix any issues and solve any problems with what they do. On top of this.....their prices are above and beyond reasonable. Don't waste your time anywhere else!!

Thank you LOCKS & KEYS, I went in for a extra key to be cut & I was talking to the owner JOHN CASEY I mentioned to him about getting a trophy for my sister, BOOM he showed me a display of all kinds of trophies / Plaques & more, I made the order less than 24 hours later I had the Trophy with an engraving from LOCKS & KEYS thanks again Keith M. Called in for an estimate on rekeying our house. Got a call back in under an hour, and Rick was out the next day. When our situation was simpler than we'd thought, he explained the difference and updated the invoice down to accurately represent the new work being done. Called ahead to let us know he was coming, and was on-time for quick, clean, quality work. Would definitely call them again for any future work.

Have not actually used their proper locksmithing service, but I stopped by here to see whether they could help me change the battery on my heart rate monitor. The salesperson was super-friendly and did it without taking the money I offered him. Won't hesitate to call when I need a locksmith.

Just got a divorce and needed my locks changed immediately. Called a few places and nobody called me back then I called Locks & Keys the gentlemen that i spoke to was so helpful and knowledgeable that i knew I was talking to the right company. He managed to get someone to my house within an hour. I need 5 locks changed. They had a van with everything they need so they didn't have to run out and leave the job at all. They did excellent and i was pleases with the service and price. They also gave me a lot of good advice on security which was very helpful..

Today I had a terrible problem with my car lock. I called AAA, and they referred me to Locks & Keys, Inc. Locks & Keys assigned one of their staff members, Mr. Jake Kaplan to help me. Prior to this point, AAA did a terrible job servicing my needs. I explained my problem to them and requested a locksmith. They promised me one, and after 2 hours sent me a towing company guy, who didn't know anything about locks. He thought I needed a tow, because AAA was negligent and didn't send me the locksmith they promised. Mr. Jake Kaplan called me, and was ready to come help me immediately. Unfortunately, because of the hours of delay caused by AAA's poor service, I wasn't able to receive Mr. Kaplan at that time. I had to go to take care of other problems away from where my car was parked. By the time my schedule freed up, it was hours later. I contacted Mr. Kaplan on his cell phone and arranged for him to come then. By the time he arrived it was late in the day. He did not complain about having to wait for me for hours, and having to start the job in the dark on a Saturday night. He worked hard and long, did an excellent job, and showed great care and patience. Mr. Jake Kaplan was friendly, polite, competent, enthusiastic, and a real gentleman. He worked steadily, with great attention to detail, and to the highest standards of quality. I appreciated that he explained exactly what the problem was and what exactly he was going to do to fix it. I don't know anything about the other locksmiths of this company, but Mr. Jake Kaplan was of the highest quality, and he way exceeded my expectations. If I ever have a problem lock again, I hope to be able to have Mr. Kaplan work on it for me. I was very lucky that he worked on my car today, and Locks & Keys is very, very lucky to have a man of Mr. Kaplan's quality to work for them! I am telling all my friends to go to Locks & Keys with their lock problems, and try to get Mr. Kaplan to do the job. Thank you Mr. Kaplan and thank you Locks & Keys! Endre Toth
