I recently went to Hanover Lock with an old vintage latchset on my front door that was not working properly. The door was a custom door at 3.5" thick so getting a new replacement lockset would not be easy. I really thought I was out of luck. They were able to swap out the guts on the old latchset and put a new set into it. I was really impressed and the bill was cheap. Very impressed with Hanover Lock.
