Nikolay from Newton finest Locksmith is extremely helpful. He has a good sense of humor and knows what he is doing. while I was so nervous after locking myself out on balcony for hours and calling the fire department who could not help, Nikolay was the man for the job! 5 mins and I was in. Just a heads up they only service canton. It said a whole bucnch of areas online that they service but when they called back and i said im in brockton they told me only canton. I haven't actually used their services so they could be good if your in canton so i gave two stars. The woman i spoke to was polite

I was dog-sitting at my best friend's place while she was out of country and the wind shut the door when i walked out for a min to pick up the morning paper. I was freaking out, had no open windows to get back into the house. I was so upset, didn't want to call my friend overseas to ask how I could enter the house, etc. I googled local locksmiths and saw Finest Locksmith. Reviews were good, so I called the business. In half an hour, the technician came, opened the lock and pointed out that the lock was really bad and had to be changed. It sounded very reasonable and the lock really did feel awfully old. He said he'd give me a good price, since he is already there and I was that distressed and he understood how I felt, it wasn't even my house. Guess what! After I agreed to change the lock (the price really was cheaper than I expected, thank you for that!), my friend came back from her trip and said that she had been planning to change this lock for a long time! I and my friend were both very happy with the result. We are definitely calling this place again if need be.

Got totally saved by this guy! My key simply broke while I was turning it, and I couldn't enter the apartment as now the key entry was blocked. Imagine that at 11pm! Thank god they have 24 hrs service! Within 20 min, Nikolay was at the door and replaced the entire thing. Very fair price for such a fast service and this late. If I get another crappy key like this, I know where to call to fix it...

I work at a hotel, and we had an issue with a deadbolt for a guest room. Out of all the 24 locksmiths we called, this company was the only one that answered us at 12:30 ish AM. We were really worried that the locksmith would have to cut the deadbolt out but he managed to push it out with a tool so the guest could get back in. Incredibly grateful that company is actually 24 hours and actually answers their phone.
