Beware, this is just a dispatch company. They sent a locksmith who charged me significantly more than quoted, did not install one of the deadbolts properly, and made a huge mess without a vacuum or any effort to clean up. I called Andrea Locksmith twice to complain and both times was told I would receive a call from the manager at Andrea Locksmith (not the actual locksmith company) and never heard back. If you are in the Cambridge area you are far better off with Carlmont Lock. They are honest, professional, and don’t leave a mess.

Excellent service. I called around for other estimates and they were the most reasonable. Fast, same day (within 20 minutes) service. The locksmith was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I purchased/installed 2 new inexpensive locks and wanted them to be keyed to an existing lock. The existing lock couldn't be keyed and although he sold locks and he did not try to push me into buying a lock. He even offered to let me run to Home Depot to purchase my own. Great service, reasonable price!

I was locked out of my car early on a Saturday morning. I called Andrea Locksmith and they were very courteous and arrived quickly. I do wish that they had given me the rate over the phone beforehand, but that was my fault for not asking, so I recommend inquiring at the beginning. They were able to get back into my car quickly which I appreciate. There was a slight problem with my car door afterwards, so I reached out and they were very kind and understanding in helping me resolve the issue. I would use and recommend Andrea Locksmith in the future.

The price is overcharged! I was charged $175 for unlock my bedroom door and the technician only spent 2 seconds. Call for another locksmith for price check, they only charge $100!
