Big shouts and thanks to the key man Roy!!! He really saved the day. I had another locksmith come out the night before and literally ruin my lock. I was in a panic no ideal how it could be fixed and keyed to fit the same the key. Luckily I came across the key man Roy!!!! Not only did he arrive faster then the guy that messed my lock up but also he fixed fast and efficiently. 5 stars all day 5hanjs once again. God Bless

The biggest scam. Said they’d be there in 25 minutes. Showed up an hour later with no apologies. He was there 30 seconds and said he couldn’t pick the lock. No discount given for being an hour late. They called and harassed me on the phone all afternoon asking for payment, even though I was in public places where I could not give them my credit card information over the phone.

STAY AWAY!! The technician was amazing!! The Manager and staff Stephanie, unprofessional and scam artists. They gave me a quote of $50/ and then when the technician came out it went to $140. When I asked to speak to the manager he any better, I hung up and he called me 3x. I would not recommend them to ANYONE.

I got locked out of my car on Fort Meade and this was the first result on Google for Ft Meade locksmith. I called and asked if they could get onto Fort Meade to unlock my car and the lady on the phone said they could and that a technician would call me shortly. I waited for 75 minutes with no call before I decided to call back. When I called back to ask if they were still coming she said the technician called me 45 minutes ago and said he couldn't get on base. This was obviously a lie because nobody called me to tell me that. Do not call this place if you need assistance on Fort Meade.

Roy’s service was amazing he was there only 10 minutes after calling into the office he was able to walk though the best ways of getting into my car with out damaging my car which I really appreciated he was able to remake a key for me on the spot and open my trunk where I had lock my keys in I really appreciate his professionalism and his attitude towards the situation..
