Called up after managing to lock our front door with the snib on, honestly thought this would be a typical smashing of the lock and replace with an expensive bill at the end but that really wasn't the case. After arriving in a very reasonable 20 minutes during rush hour, he asked a few questions and got cracking. In probably less than 10 minutes and after one failed technique, he was in using another after asking a couple of more questions. Once we was in, he explained how this was able to happen. Throughout his whole visit, he was friendly, funny, knowledgeable and efficient. If something like this happens again (hopefully it wont) I will be calling again and I would happily and confidently recommend to others. Thanks a lot!
