Service man arrived even sooner than expected, he was on point polite and professional, and he had the car unlocked in no time. I knew ahead.of time what the price would be, and there were no surprises. Even though the service was a little heavy for my budget, it was so good that I happily gave the service guy a tip. Highly recommended!

Great experience with Pop-A-Lock. Just moved and wanted to get locks rekeyed. My home warranty, American Home Shield, offered this service at no charge! Pop-A-Lock was able to get all doors keyed to the same key for a minimal expense. The prior owner did not leave me all the keys and we had to swap out some locks. I would hire them again.

If I could rate 0 I would. I called pop-a-lock due to locking my keys in the car. I was told 45 minutes and $69.99. Sounded great. 45 minutes later the technician called and said he was in route and was 40 minutes away.. AN HOUR AND A HALF LATER... technician wouldn't answer his phone. So, called pop-a-lock answering service back to be told he still had one more job before us that it would be 40-50 minutes longer! Absolutely horrible customer service! Would NOT recommend!

They came within the stated time, guy was friendly and extremely experienced. From the time he got out of the company van to the time the door was opened was about 2minutes. I have never sern anything like it. Price at $70 was great!!! Beat everyone else. So dont change!! I won't call anyone else now! You got my vote. I was not paid one cent for this review. With service like this, you don't have to pay anyone to say something nice. Just don't change!!!!!

Locksmith came much quicker than what was mentioned on the phone. He wasn't able to open our front door deadlock, but he was willing to jump our backyard fence and opened our backdoor. So thankful. The locksmith was very courteous and fast. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately I needed a jump start because my battery had died. I used my roadside assistance to locate this provider to assist me. I called at 10:30 pm and was told that someone would arrive in 40 minutes. At 12:00am I called my roadside assistance. They first had difficulty getting in contact with Pop-A-Lock. After about 10 minutes they did get through and was told that the driver is having some kind of mechanic failure, but was unable to provide details as to what was happening, much less delaying the driver. I was then told it would take another 90 minutes, estimating, for someone from Pop-A-Lock to come out to me, but they couldn't guarantee that time. I don't know what was going on. Things do happen, but communication of what's going on should be key as well as the customer experience. This was poor.

Very Rude and nasty employees. Supervisor was very nasty and rude when I called today. She first quoted me 89 then when I call 25 mins later I was told 129 . Then she tried to make it my fault saying well you should’ve taken the price quote then . When I told you the first time. How do you speak to your customers like this? Very rude, she over talked me the entire time. If she doesn’t know her job she needs to be retrained.

Great experience for me. I called pop-a-lock about my car that I had lost the keys to when I went hiking. I’m a moron and hadn’t made a spare, AND the ignition in the car I bought used had been changed from the door locks. The locksmith discussed my options. I told him I would like the ignition changed. He then drove out to the car, changed the ignition to match the doors, cut and programmed me two keys in 1 hour 15 for $350.

I have used Pop A Lock on several different occasions to change locks, open doors after accidentally locking keys in the car and to do flat tire assistance. The representatives that have been sent have always been extremely pleasant, professional and friendly. They have managed to handle the needs in a timely manner and at a very reasonable cost. It has been very reassuring to have the same professional friendly service at each occasion that they have been needed. I certainly will continue to utilize this company every time the need arises without hesitation.

HORRENDOUS !!!!!! - DO NOT USE IF YOU CAN HELP IT - After calling and providing address and detail directions to the underground parking structure of the Federal Building in Baltimore - was told 40 minutes. 90 minutes later, and two calls to the dispatcher to ensure they were on their way - the technician drove by the parking lot entrance with out stopping! I attempted to wave him down - but to no avail. I followed with another call to the dispatcher and was told 20 minutes - 2.5 hours later after MANY calls - the driver showed up. The company simply has NO CLUE when it comes to customer service. I would not use again - ever.

Service was provided in the estimated time frame. However I was told a certain amt of fuel would be provided and it wasn't. When I asked the tech, jerry, he said "well I don't have to do it..tgey can search around for another tech with the promised amount of fuel". Which in my opinion was rude and uncalled for

Recently called for service to have house locks re-keyed within 5 mins, received phone all back. Spoke to Darrell and informed him what I needed replaced and set up a same day appt. I called pop a lock because my friends reccomended it, I was given a price of $69.99 and an eta of 45 minutes which was great! But I waited over an hour and a half with no updated eta and had to call only to be told it would be another hour. The phone reps were very nice but I wouldn’t reccomend or use again

I had a lock out situation with my car this past Sunday afternoon near Columbia, MD. My call was answered promptly and the person requested information about my car so that they could be well-prepared. I estimate that they arrived in under 20 minutes. I was particularly impressed with the care that they took with my car and was grateful to have my keys back fairly quickly as the weather was cooling fast and my kids and dog were outside! I was impressed with the person's knowledge of my car and their selection of tools to perform the job on that particular model

I was locked out of my tractor trailer 2 miles away from pop-a-lock. I figured it would be quick, and i fet along with my load towars Boston. They claimed it would be 40 minutes, and an hour later they had their technician call me to claim he would be there in 40 minutes. Having spent 15 minutes on hold, just to figure out i wasted whole hour i could have been driving, for no reason because the technician was never even called until i called back 50 minutes later for an update, is really poor customer service. I called someome else, and was told they would arrive in 25 minutes. Now im two hours behind schedule for a "24 hour" business that aas 2 miles away. Not calling this place again.

Garbage. Called a few times to get a key extraction and new key made. Was told 15 minutes Everytime for a call back. Call jet locksmith they arrived in 15 minutes and fixed in no time. Never calling pop a lock again.
