Paul might be the only honest locksmith in the metro area. I lost both sets of keys to my car, and must've got five different prices from other locksmiths which were all outrageous. He was able to make me a key the next day, and gave me a better price than anyone I spoke with. Excellent service and pricing, I will ONLY be using him from now on.

Unbelievable. I have never had such a pleasant experience with a repair service! Paul was responsive, flexible, and fast! He offered tips to help us save money --yes, meaning *he* made less money-- so that the new car key was about half the cost of what anyone else quoted us. Hallelujah. I don't usually write reviews, but this was such a positive experience. The reviews on other sites don't lie- they are awesome.

Thank you so much to Paul for the fast response time and decent prices! I had been locked out of my car and call pop a lock to get it fixed. Paul responded and not only unlocked my car but helped me fix my lock on my door as well as charged the battery in the car. Good job!

Called pop a lock at 12:20 p.m. today. I was told someone would be here in about 40 minutes. After calling back once, and still waiting at 2:00, I called a third time, only to be told there's no technician in the area, and the dispatcher should have told me. So here I am, in downtown Washington D.C., still locked out. DO NOT CALL POP-A-LOCK!!! They are totally unreliable liars!
