This is probably some of the best service I have ever experienced. Long story short locked my key in my trunk with no way of getting to it at 11pm at night after many calls to many different companies I was referred to this company by a friend at around 1am I gave him a call. He was prompt, friendly, and all around a good guy made me a key and for a very good price. Can't say enough good things about this man he is definitely a true and honest worker. I needed a key cut for a Honda Odyssey 2014. I had purchased the shell/key and had the fob from the original key. The old shell cracked. Owner of the company responded right away when requesting a quote and the price was super reasonable. We made an appointment the next day on a Sunday. Cutting the key took less than 20 minutes. We lost our spare car key and alarm remote. The dealership typically asks for ridiculous prices so I I tried to look up a place to get a duplicate on my own. I ended up at a "KeyMe" kiosk in Bed Bath and Beyond which didn't carry the key and no one carried the alarm remote for programming (not Best Buy or Home Depot either). Erica and Ron, however, said it was no problem at all. A lot cheaper than the dealership and exactly when I needed it. Flexible, professional, affordable! I can't even tell the difference between the original and duplicate now.

I had an incredibly pleasant experience. Mr. Orbach (owner and operator) went out of his way to get a relatively complicated BMW key both cut and programmed. His services were quick, convenient, and he did the entire job with a smile on his face. Additionally, he provided a service the dealer told me was impossible, in a fraction of the time at a fraction of the price. Awesome!Quick!! Professional! I could not find a key master in the area I reside, I spent lots of time looking for an affordable specialist. I needed to create a spare key fob for my car, and could not find who does cut the fob key. Yoron is the guy! He picks his phone like no one else in the world, very responsive, organized and quick! Ron rescued our Christmas. We went hiking on Scotts Run late Christmas morning. After hiking both threw our jackets into our car shutting the hatchback-locking ourselves out. Our Prius Key was lost and the Toyota Dealership wanted a certain price plus we'd have to deal with towing. I'd never dealt with a locksmith before but I put in a call to Pick Lock & Key just to inquire and was greeted promptly and within minutes I had a really good price quote that was a couple hundred less than Toyota. On top of that I was told that they could be on site in 2 Hours...in reality it was more like 40 minutes. The service was done quickly and professionally. It looked like quite a process to me.
